in short there are many ways to give good matchmaking but nobody is interested to test them in some test mode..

i guess if we suggest them a good way to make money they might listen, but balance is not in the list.. even they put it on second place in their official message after new mechs/weapons development

The matchmaking system feels broken. It shouldn't be possible for one player to end up on the opposing team and rack up 30+ kills in a single match. Matchmaking should do a much better job of pairing players with others at a similar overall level.

Instead of relying on a rigid SP calculation, the system should evaluate a player's complete hangar strength. That means factoring in robot levels, weapon levels, pilot levels, modules, drones, and any other upgrades that significantly affect combat performance. These elements together provide a much more accurate picture of a player's true power than a single rating.

The developers should move toward a holistic matchmaking system that weighs overall hangar value, individual gear caps, and transparent skill ratings. This would create fairer, more competitive matches instead of forcing artificial win/loss ratios through uneven team balancing. Players are far more likely to stay engaged when victories and defeats are earned through balanced competition rather than obvious mismatches.
