We, the players DEMAND a compensation for the lost access to the game due to technical difficulties Plarium servers have experienced that caused players 1) to lose their armies due to inconsistent lack of access to the game to one part of players and randomly denying access to another 2) we decline to believe that Plarium intentionally caused this technical issue that allowed some players to login and destroy smaller players who couldnt put their shield back due to lack o access to the game, however the damages plarium technical dificulties caused to the community are cognizable are require an immediate compensation.


therefore, we ask

1) That Plarium refunds all payments but doesnt forfeit any of the resources and purchases made during last 48 hours that players made in expectation in participation in the Dominion event.

why not give us some useful information

explain how you are going to compensate us for lost rss/ troops gold due to not being able to meet checkpoints

crystals as unable to attack assailants in domin for chests

Western Canada - Connection server keeps dropping - either can't get in the game or can't play for more than a few minutes before locations stop loading (towns don't appear) very frustrating. makes it almost impossible to do anything

I think we all prefer you closed this game for 2 or 3 days and fix this mess definitely ! Connection is a nightmare it is unbearable for all people who pays you and more for the one who lost everything. We claim for more respect and need you improve a lot the quality of your server !

Its like they hit the go outside button, side not realized i lost out on my last day of gold sub, fun fun no its only like a dollar fifty still though thats a energy drink they stealing from me

Officially really  hate this game at the moment!!  I paid gold for a new profile, which took the money and activated and I started to sort out my my points earlier this afternoon.  I now go to it and not only has it not saved my changes, but it hasnt kept my activation and hasnt given me back the 2k gold that I spend on it.  Now I find that having spent money on buying the special armour (helmet, chest and shield) I cant equip it to my hero or my new hero profile so it is utterly worthless to me right now.  

OMG I am so fecking peeved right now.  I really wish I had not spent money on this game cause I;m now pretty sure I wont bother playing it further, which is a shame cause  found a great little order to join and I was enjoying playing it until all hell broke lose. I get that games have issues/bugs and I get that sometimes the servers play up but to lose stuff that you have paid money for is really shite!!  And I paid for the gold that got me the the new profile so I am NOT HARPY!!!   


Seriously, if you want to people to stay with your game you need to up the stakes on keeping your community happy and an update of the issue would really help - I dont think its much to ask for you?  


Mightily hacked off customer from the UK !!! 



OMG I also forgot that I had paid to realign my points for my original hero and despite reassigning the the points for it that has not saved either so now I have to do it all again!!!   And if I manage to get into the game before i die, how long will those changes last for????

3 days now without being told what exactly is the problem or when exactly it will work again.

not only a problem with missing compensation.. this is causing players to quit the game now.


Plarium you think that this is a way to treat your customers? you think is not necessary to give us anything?


"our specialists are working to solve the problem....." really? how many specialist can you have when nothing go forward after 3 days...

Yoohoo! Finally managed to login all my towns and remain connected for 30 minutes for the first time in days. Have they fixed it or is it simply that so many people have given up that their servers are now able to cope with the traffic?

I have been told that the US server has been hacked, which is the reason the games was erratic and then went down for so long.  It is in your best interest to change your password and think about cancelling any credit card you used to buy anything on this game

either way...3 days to fix a freemium game where a lot of people have wasted real money needs to be compensated for...I hope that Plarium responds in a manner that reflects their commitment to the customers that keep them in business.

Most will carry on playing as they have a big investment already in the game and all should be rewarded whether its due to hacking or otherwise.


The game outage is not due to the players/payers and to carry on expecting loyalty from those will be reflected by Plariums response.

Months later still ongoing "connection lost" especially when one is looking around a new kingdom to set down the town for the next kvk event. 

One can not relocate when plarium/vikings:war of clans crashes every 3 - 5 seconds, with no indication from you guys other then the error - connection lost. 

The users are getting disconnected from your server end, not our isp end.
