Unrealistic requests:

Refund our Money.  Rebuild our armies.  Undo anything already done.  

Realistic requests:

Kick everyone out the dominion to prevent further issues, extend the event to Sunday, give everyone an extra goto dominion token.

Reasonable demands:

Open a line of communication to your customers, who will otherwise spend their money elsewhere.  How is no-one from Plarium apologising/explaining what is happening.  Customer service 101.

This is stupid a issue like this the game makers should be proactive with their players, instead crickets.... what a waste of time trying to do ANYTHING on this game is right now, you might be able to log in but forget being able to do anything before your disconnected.

Wow!!!! A whole day and still can't log in for more than 1 minute. What are you guys doing? Most business owners would try to fix the problem fast so they can keep there customers.

Just keep reloading until you get on, then do your shield before you get disconnected, this is some BS though, can see a lot of player"s getting screwed over this, its' pretty unacceptable for a company that charges what it dose for its bank offers then leave everyone in the dark, a good wake up call these free to play companies don't see you as people only as cash symbols too them, sad really.

Just communicate. Honesty will be rewarded by your playerbase even if you haven't found the problem yet.

It's impossible to play the game

Please change your developers ! You're payed for that and we pay for that !! The community is unhappy

Now everyone knows they are not going to reverse any charges made by anyone.

Personally this is what I think should be done for compensation: 

Since the troubles started several days ago, and progressively got worse culminating (during Dominion) in the cascading server failures and extreme lag the few times we were able to finally get in for a couple of minutes then - 

1) shield everyone for 1 week,

2) give everyone 2M gold, 1k 24hr boosts, 1k hero's crystals, 500 each of the errand refreshers, and 500 of each level of stamina and faith boosts 

3) match all purchases made by anyone during today's problems and the previous 48 hrs. 

4) Reset everyone's bank buy levels to the lowest tier/minimum. 

In my eyes, that would be a fair compensation for the frustration, the loss of play time, the loss of rewards during dominion, and (for the most part) should help cover the costs of anyone that lost troops/got zeroed out during this period.

Playing this game right now is as painful as cleaning the toilet with a toothbrush!  I cant believe how long it is taking to fix the issue... baaahhh humbug!!!

Still down, I tried 4 times to log in and it failed to load all 4 times. I can't even get to the point to apply another shield and I'm not about to keep trying mindlessly when the game is clearly broken right now.


How long is this going to take? For sarters can you also please get rid of the Google stuff to help with the lag? Even the loading screen loads up google, google fonts, google analytics etc. bloat.

Yesterday was Black-Friday for Plarium , i think the Cost for the servers was to Hight.
