I am a veteran gamer, playing PC- and Console-games for +30 years, but the way you treat us gamer is by far the worst I have ever witnessed and experienced. If you write something to the normal support, the first 2 to 3 replies are standard computerized messages, often not even remotely answering the problem being stated.
Then, next thing, which a couple of players are currently checking, because most of us invest some money in this game and hence paying for your salary, bills etc, are in the legal aspect of certain things. For example: stating that the reward for winning a round of the Duell Event is the fortress skin, but only after you have won it, it is obvious that this skin is only for a limited amount of time.
I myself have spent + 300kk off troops in the first two rounds of Duel-event to get the skin; my college more than that; others more than 1kkk, just to realize the fraud your company has done. What have you given us in return for an answer: “you have to go to the forum, to inform yourself.” Sorry, but no, legally this is not true, you have to state this properly in-game and there are many more such things.
I realize that your employer doesn't care; otherwise there would have been many changes, amendments and another way of speaking with us, your customers, the players, would be in place. Think about it, what if the thousands of players which are upset, angry and willing to quit the game, write their opinion in the Playstore or i-store? What if, we make a movement to legally prosecute your company, what if, we go to the press and put your company into the spotlight? You think that your company can survive this without losing any jobs, any financial benefits etc.?
Think about it, discuss it with your colleagues and superiors, but your company is, at the moment, perceived even worse and much greedier than EA had been when they had been on the chopping block. What was it, "worst company in America" for 4 consecutive years? Something like that. Your company doesn't have the financial background to survive something like that, meaning if worst come to worst you're out of a job.
Honestly I don't know if it isn't already too late to change things and get on the good side, increase player numbers and manage to get a normal company-customer-relationship, but honestly I don't see it and I play this game for a very long time more than I have played WoW on a continuous time span.
I strongly hope that finally some decision makers will realize the position your company is in, because it is a very dangerous one. I like the game, the community, don´t get me wrong, but it is borderline if I stay and spend any more on this game, not only time, or if I say that’s enough and leave.
Please take this criticism seriously, I know from multiple discussions with not only my league and my alliance members that these points are very, very seriously discussed all over the place, US, Europe, Russia, etc etc…
For us this is a game, which we can switch or stop playing and the earth would still move on. On the other hand your company is relying on us, players, in order to survive, if we stop playing, your company must declare bankruptcy, simple as that. Currently your game is rated 4 ½ star with about 240k people giving it a positive rating with 4 & 5 stars in the play store, BUT there are +10million downloads of the game, are you not worried what could happen, if you continue on this path of treating the players, us, as your enemies? I would, if I would work for Plarium, luckily I don´t, I am just someone who plays the game.

I've been playing storm fall for 3 years with different account. My best account would be this one because of the new updates and features. Sad to say i accidentally press some icons sending all my troops to a raid. At the end i loss more than 75 percent of my troops. Ending from 8,000+ troops to just 871. Plus how come i can't revive them? I can't find my loss troops at my Infirmary. I think one reason would be i update my apps but it all happen after my update. It doesn't make sense.
But i love the warden thing. Oh one more.. where i can see the loots i can get at my hamlets before sending my troops to hamlets? That's bothering me if i will sacrifices my troops over the loots or giving up my raid.. thanks
It is always best to cross-check the units that you send for raid or bg and a player has sufficient time to recall them too. I am sorry for your accidental losses. Can you please update the game app again and check if your infirmary is updated. You can also contact Support

In regard to the system messages that appeared early in the Tower event where user names where shown, I'm seriously concerned that this is a violation of GDPR laws.
Under GDPR, we have all acknowledged that yes, you are collecting our information, and no, you shouldn't be sharing it.
What, if any actions, is Plarium doing
1) to ensure this doesn't happen again, and
2) to inform the players, who may or may not have noticed this occurred, that a data breach was made by the company?

Las recompensas en los torneos se introdujeron para alentar a los jugadores a participar, y no para cubrir todas las pérdidas. Está bien si no estás preparado para este o aquel torneo, puedes saltearlo para prepararte para el que más te guste, y eso tiene mejores recompensas.
The rewards in the Tournaments were introduced to encourage players to partake, and not to cover all the losses. It’s totally fine if you’re not up for this or that Tourney - you can skip it in order to prepare for the one that you like more, and that has the better rewards.

I agree with you that pvp cannot cover all our losses & some may be lesser rewarding than others, but the rewards in the Tournaments are not supposed to cover all the losses. Champions and other boosts can help lower your losses, which you will be aware of already. I personally like to train and wait for 2.2x pvp which offer best rewards.
Tournament rewards keep changing, so hopefully, you may see some suitable tournament.

Каждое добавление нового функционала в игру приносит дополнительную нагрузку на игроков. Новые турниры, прокачки и прочее требуют всё больше и больше "не резинового" времени. Поэтому с добавлением новых фич нужно как-то облегчать работу со старыми, убирать уже никому не нужные оповещения о новом уровне избранного, сокращать количество кликов, тем самым разгружая игроков. Вот список того, что необходимо иправить:
- В окне отправке отряда на тайник нет информации о его вместимости ресурсами.
- При выборе войск для отправки из замка в подземелье на индикаторах не верно отображается сила атаки и защиты выбранного отряда/юнита.
- Если после выбора войск для отправки из замка в подземелье их не отправлять, а вернуться в предыдущее меню и сразу перейти в раздел "Вернуть", то при попытке вернуть войска из подземелья будет получена ошибка "Указано неправильное количество войск".
- После отправки войск из Орлиного гнезда в доминионы и доминионы Стоунхарта, открывается карта и отображается замок игрока . Это сбивает с толку и просто хочется всё бросить!
- Если разведать замок, на который стоит временное ограничение на вынос ресурсов и попытаться его ограбить, находясь при этом на карте, то будет получено сообщение об Ограничении выноса ресурсов. Если же попытаться ограбить его из отчета о разведке, то такого сообщения не будет и войска можно отправить на грабеж, однако они вернутся без ресурсов и грабеж будет потрачен впустую.
- В окне возврата войск со Столицы (то же самое и на бастионе) присутствует check-box "Учитывать воска в подземелье". Он не выполняет никакой функции, бесполезен и только занимает драгоценное место на экране. Так же в этом окне присутствует надпись "Войска в замке". Она так же не имеет отношения к возврату войск с гарнизона Столицы, занимая при этом много места экрана.
В этом же окне присутствует возможность получить бонус к атаке. К атаке?? Да, к атаке...
Зачем увеличивать атаку защитных войск при возврате со Столицы? Загадка. Об этом писал в службу поддержки. Получил ответ, что всё уже исправлено. Вышло уже 2 обновления, а этот баг так и остался. Скриншот диалога со службой поддержки имеется.
- При выборе юнита для отправки куда-либо выделяется всё их имеющееся количество. Это не удобно. Зачем навязывать? Игрок сам должен решать сколько отправить!
- В любом меню отправки отображается иформация об ограничении размера отряда со значком мяса. Ну да, войска по сути это мясо. Но всё же. Неужели побходящего значка не нашли?
По поводу обновленного окна отправки. Ужасно. Размер иконок юнитов ОГРОМЕН, лишь малая часть имеющихся помещается на экран. Пропало разделение по типу войск. И вообще, не рационально использовано пространство в окне отправки. Информацию о атаке и защите отряда, о вместимости и ограничении на отправку, а так же о времени в пути можно вместить в одну строку не уменьшая шрифт, а лишь использовав сокращения. Вы же любите сокращать? Так сделайте это! Размер интерфейса для выбора Избранного и бонуса атаки/защиты так же нужно уменьшить по размеру. Надпись "Войска в замке"... всё огромного размера как для ПК. Это же мобильная игра!
Чат. Опять же. Токо усложнился выбор. Больше кликов - меньше нравится игра! Листать вправо/влево было оптимально.
Новый избранный. Полезный и нет. Лишь только прокачаный с множеством слияний и улучшением сферами. Его полезность ощутится не скоро, в то время как ещё один тип избранных уменьшает шансы получить другой. Тут и так, чтоб найти нужного избранного V степени, прокачать до 6 ранга, сделать все слияния и улучшить сферами может понадобиться не один десяток лет игры. Я уже не говорю про стихию и вообще про шансы выпадения ситков. Сотни лет игры! Люди столько не живут!
Башня. Неплохо, но с наградами не совсем понятно. Награда альянса это каждому или потом делится на всех?
Духи. Не вижу в них смысла. На прокачанный замок в атаку и так ходить считай без толку. Будут бить только малышей! Очередные прокачки добавились, мудрец второй доступен далеко не всем. А ветки прокачки три. Не логично! Нет отображения силы духов над воротами.
В целом в этом обновлении удивило только количество обнаруженных косяков. Оценка 2. Исправляйте!

This was a long tournament lasting 2 days so the rewards were changed as players had sufficient time to engage.
