are levels 5 and 8 the only levels that cannot be down graded, after a successful attack on our Fort.

example :  we build our fort to level 10 , our fort is successfully attacked , our fort is  downgraded to level 9,

same thing happens again , our fort is downgraded to level 8,

You might wish to add the above requirements to your table so someone starting a league is not under the impression they can simply buy their way to a level 20 Fortress. There are several restrictions that make needing a large league with offense and defense to support Beacons and a Fortress.

I have been looking for a simple yes or no answer for the following questions, I can't find one.

We have upgraded our fortress to level 6.

We have down graded a level 6 fortress.

#1 if we are downgraded to a 5 will we have to repeat the downgrading of a level 6?

#2 If we upgrade to level 7 and then are downgraded to level 5 will we have to repeat the downgrading of a level 6?
