You are not alone Red. I don't find attempts by Plarium representatives to censor discussion at all helpful. Everybody knows that sending support tickets gets you nowhere fast. And if you don't like their decisions, then they direct you to this Oberon character who's obviously too busy to respond to mere mortals.

I understand that Mods are volunteers and am cool with that. But should they be dealing with Plarium's livelihood? That is, the paying player. 

Surely somebody gets paid in this joint and has responsibility to the consumer? And not just some glorified social media manager. Now that would be a person worth raising our concerns with

To be fair, Plarium is not the only pay to win game company that has bad customer support.  A great many of these games seem to have low customer satisfaction (based on reading complaints on the BBB website).  It is rather interesting that there are fewer consumer protections in pay to win games than in any brick and mortar store.

He is trying to reply every day, but as we all, he can have a weekend. Still, when the weekend is over, he comes back and helps players with their requests :)
I messaged him on Friday, got a response on Tuesday, still no response from Plarium Support on the ticket I submitted...which is the same lack of response I had before messaging Oberon.  So, how was that helpful?

You should try submitting another ticket to support, sometimes things get lost in the filing system or something.  
Most other games, that just create more problems, because suddenly you have multiple people looking into your issues. Doesn't necessary make it more effective (the more cooks, the more mess). Now the question is, does more than 1 person work at customer support at Plarium? Do the have a working ticket system at all?

If something got lost, wouldn't Oberon tell me the ticket number can't be found or doesn't exist?  Most games will chastise a player for opening more than one ticket for same issue because it wastes their resources having twice as many people send you the cut and paste response to let you know they are "looking into it".

Yes, more than 1 person is working in our Support Team.

Yes, they have. Tickets are checked and replied by a Support team representative. Sometimes, they just need more time to reply to your request.

I don't know what Oberon can or can't see in the system, but I would think so.  

I kind of assumed they just had a support bot to send those responses, it's nice to know somebody actually takes the time to do it manually :P

Don't know if its a bot or if its manual cut/paste.  I just know that regardless of what name they "sign" it with, in most games, I see word for word identical responses, right down to the typos and grammatical errors.  

Plarium puts a new spin on the poor support with the VIP program.  VIP member submits a ticket to support and they're just told to talk to their VIP rep...but if the VIP rep had resolved the issue, I wouldn't have wasted my time with a ticket.  Thanks for nothing, Plarium.
