What was the Level of your Fortifications?

If it was below Level 3, then your Fortifications should have been upgraded.

If the level of your Fortifications was higher, then they will remain without any changes.

Towers and Gates shouldn't have been deleted. Only Sentries should be replaced with Ballistas and Catapults.

My fortifications was level 1-2-3 and everything goes to lvl 3 and full fill the perimeter with walls .

Anyway this offer is worthing only if you have NO walls!!!

But I think the answer to your question was already explained when you make a purchase. If you have level 3 level 1 walls and buy a level 1 set, those gets upgraded. 

If you have 3 level 2 walls and buy a level 2 walls tnothing happens to wall over level 2

If you have 3 level 2 walls and buy a level 3 walls those 3 walls gets upgraded to level 3.

It doesn't add more wal. The number of sapphires required to upgrade a level 1 wall to level 2 is the same as when you buy a level 2 wall. 

So your offer was very fair Mr VIP or soon to be :)

Its common practice to entice new players to spend early.  Deals also tend to get better as a game ages because they want newer players to catch up and start the spending race with the older players.  

It may be a form of discrimination, but its a very profitable form and it does not discriminate against a legally protected group.  Consider it more like targeted marketing.

I don't bother to look at the offers anymore, but its really just because I don't see money spent on the game as secure anymore.  Anyone who has read the forums and seen recent events or just seen the letters from Master about being able to buy an army to do your dirty work for you can guess why that is.

That is the joke.  The game is so cash heavy now that walls are of zero value to me.  My army, even with walls to boost their effectiveness, would be nothing but easy points if left out in the open. When I look at battle reports, I see 25 fireballs to every 1 spy or raid attempt... and that's including the 1 unit fake raids.

@Biohazard-

Judging by the stupid reports I see from hamlet attacks, there are a lot of players with more dollars than sense in this game =)

They got banned in two ways: the first one is via Support team if you sent a complaint to them, the second on is via automatic check that is run on the servers regularly.

Also, you can just add Master's accounts to the Black List. If you ignore his messages, you have nothing to be worried about in terms of the security from your account.

2. Security of your account.

From our end we do everything possible to secure your account. Devs are also working on the new feature for plarium.com to increase the account security. 

Still, really a lot in account security depends on you as an account owner. You should always remember these basic recommendations and always follow them as they can help you to avoid hacking and keep your account secure:

1. Change your passwords on a regular basis. Use lower and upper case letters along with digits and/or symbols.

2. Do not disclose your login details to third parties. You can make absolutely sure that your personal email, social network account, and computer/device are secure with you. However, you will never be able to control how your credentials are handled by other individuals you pass them onto.

3. Make sure that your browser has safe browsing mode (incognito mode) enabled.

4. Use up-to-date antivirus software and never open suspicious links or spam messages.

Also, I highly recommend enable 2-step verification. Connect your phone number to your email account and receive SMS codes to login into it.

It is also possible to connect an alternative email to your Gmail, Hotmail or Outlook account. This functions as an additional security feature when anybody tries to recover or obtain login credentials.

Its not so much the security of my account that concerns me.  I have already pointed out deficiencies in the tools Plarium gives us to secure our accounts to my VIP rep.  

The way Plarium handles account hijacking and the bots is my reason for not feeling money spent is secure here.  When I can do nothing wrong and still get hosed by foul play, with no recourse, I take my money elsewhere, simple as that.  

My first ticket was ignored, then shut down by my VIP rep.  Second ticket is 3 days old with no response.  Way to build faith, Plarium.

I'm certain losing my $10 every 3 months or so is such a massive financial loss that Plarium will collapse any day now =P

The cases with hack accounts are handled according to our Policies. 

They're discussed with the account owners and the results of the investigation are not discussed with anyone else except for account owner.

What was reported in the subimtted tickets?

If you reported a bot account, then you should have received autoreply that your request is accepted. If it's received, then our Support team will check it and take the corresponding measures to the reported account. But they won't inform you about what exactly was done.

It's against our Privacy policy.
