LoL, Alina you seem to overuse the word balance.
Your definition of balance here seems to suggest that this balance is at the mercy of VIP agent and their agent.
At this stage I am confused, can you explain how balanced is the game after this VIP deal was struck.
This deal seems to suggest that VIP players are getting preferrential treatment as form of extra reward.
Giving certain players over quarter a million offence for doing the most easiest grind is not fair. If you consider how long it takes to build 250K offence you can see how this gifts do to balance.
Hi, Oracle! My name is Paul, and I'm a new Community Manager :) My pleasure to meet you!
Of course, even 1 Dark Wyvern influences the game balance in this or that way. But the VIP team strives to make sure this advantage is not too significant as compared to other players.
Hi Paul,
Good to see Alina is gone. her customer service skills were terrible. you'll have to give us some time to adjust our attitudes. we have spent a great deal of time being turned sour by the way Alina spoke to us.
That being said, in an effort to get you and this community started on the right foot lets go over some of the things Alina was terrible at so that you dont make the same mistakes and maybe we can turn the atmosphere of this forum back to that of a positive one.
First and Foremost, We are customers. Please treat us that way. We buy from plarium. if we dont like the customer service, we will buy from somewhere else.
Please dont repeat the company talking points. We are all veterans here, we have heard it before. If we make a post on the forum, we are looking for a NEW answer. If you are just going to repeat things we have already heard, silence would be best.
Dont lie to us. While i dont think Alina ever intentionally lied to us, by repeating the company lines she inadvertantly lied to us. Please be sure that what you are being told to say is accurate and is reflective of is actually happening on the game server.
Dont mistranslate the forum rules in order to silence a disgruntled customer. Alina was bad about handing out bans for reasons that didnt quite apply to the rules. If a customer is unhappy and voicing their opinion, silencing them is the worst thing a company can do. (DJMoody, can you dig up that thread where you explained how its just the tip of the iceberg if even one customer is complaining, that it represent a much larger percentage of the customer base)
Dont troll the customers seeking to illicit a response in order to hand out a ban. i dont think that one needs any explanation.
Im sure others can add to the list. as you can see, we as a community are rather unhappy with the way the community managers have dealt with the customers. I hope you have the intention and capability of turning this around.
