Hello to all members of the Plarium customer service. I would like to show you a problem that has happened to my league. Many points generated by the completion of some league goals, have not been credited, or have only been partially credited to my group, penalizing our position in the ranking. I ask Plarium to kindly check and provide me with information to explain what happened to the members of my league.

For example, in the goal that was to credit us 45k points, the game, however, credited us only less than half the points.

Hello Pavel. Last week on sunday I had problems with logging onto my account. This week sunday its again, same thing. I am stuck at 80-90 % of the game. here is what. I am using different account and different browsers. So my problem is that:  Connection Issues

This situation might occur if you are not able to connect to our CDN server (the place where all the pictures are stored).

But this applys only and only to one castle and that is the one which is paying for the game. My son can log on the game from my pc andd so on, no problem so does my wife. So its only thing that my one castle can not connect. How convenient is it when I am seeing that my castle is under heavy fireball attacks? I tryed switching browsers, log from my phone (puffin) with phone data on so u can not say I was on the same wifi and so on. Nothing works, My castle is unreachable by your servers. And I know for sure that in few hours I will be able to see damage inflicted on it because somehow it will be reachable again after you do you server maintenance and so on. So I really hope ull fix this soon for me. Thank you. I am playing SFAOW, server 1 trough fb.

Please  state  if Plarium.com or Facebook account  And what Server  he plays on I will see what can be done

Same here - I can get into Rise of Balur on Plarium Play, but Age of War will not load.  The edge of the Logo box flickers, but nothing else. It is barely a week since we last had issues with getting into the game - please stop messing things up!

I cannot access my game via Facebook. It is just missing. I have tried to put in a ticket to Facebook support as to why my game would just disappear, but haven't heard back from them. Not sure what, if anything I can do. I even have the correct settings (platform turned on). :(  I don't and prob won't start over from ground zero. Anyone experience the same thing and possibly found a fix that I too can apply?

You started maintenance when my troops were out for raiding. As a result you damaged my score as the raids got 50k each instead of 100k each.

I want my raids back !!!! Maintenance 18:40 approx Athens time.

Thank you. You may be wondering why there weren't any details in my previous post. I laboriously wrote it out , clicked reply and it disappeared, twice. Very frustrating when you cannot login and cannot contact plarium. Happens frequently and every time the battlepass unloads.
