On 26 May I try to login and and game stuck before I could reset my app some commands are already made(ex.spie send to near castles,hero equipment braking)I’ve send several tickets with directly settings from game and right now I got an answer saying (svetlana,il team support)not even a word on what happened not even nothing so now I’ll continue to send you all my screenshots To prove that something happened to game that day and I’m one of probably many victims of that black outDear Lords and Ladies,
If the game does not load in the browser, please complete all the steps from the first post.
If the game stops loading at 80% in the Plarium Play Application, I am sorry for this temporary inconvenience. Our developers are working on a fix. Please use browser version for now.

Today your servers did a reset and maintenance.
When it was over, I logged on and my account was reset back 6-8 months, to level 30. YIKES!
I play StormFall – Age of War – my user name is JJF – [email protected] - had achieved level 91.
Can you fix this problem please!

I am having problem to login , it say to clear cach and contact support if it not work.
I cleared well , check at browser problems , check few things in windows OS and finnally rebooted.
Nothing of that change the login problem.
I check at other sites , everything work normally with and without plugins (flash in this case).
I checked with and without private mode (firefox) , no difference.
Well i do not know what to do more , everything seem normal everywhere.
What next ?

Please make sure that you are still on the same server. As I see, you have different game progress on 2 servers, both level 30 and 91.I have tried for 29 days to login to my level 98 castle cords 2810 -70 it is still there but i cannot get in -- I am in The Walking Dead league on The Dark Plains . Can you please help me -- oh and a new castle came up it its place but i want to login my castle not the new one . I have been working on my castle for 2 years now and want back in -- thank you

Hello i have been playing stormfall age of war on my ipad for over a year now.. and it works great up until a few days ago. I can login using my account however the game will not load ... the screen remains black... i have followed all the recommendations and options for loading issues and nothing seems to work.. i've also gone to adobe flash site and checked whether flash is functioning on the puffin browser and it is. any suggestions on how i can once again play this game the way i have been for so long. ?
ps yes my game load on plarium play app... but using that is not an option with an ipad.

The feature that causes the issue (my food keeps resetting to zero. (I believe it has something to do with the League Fortress Knowledge resetting or not working correctly)
The exact steps you performed before the bug arose; = ( I waited 7 days before I became an official member of the league and this bug happen, while I was waiting I was using Production Resources +25% to keep my food positive)
Any special conditions that caused the bug to appear = (the food amount is incorrect, if I do have food and I try to buy some troops it will say “ Not enough Resources”)
What should have happened; = it won’t let me buy anything the requires food
What actually happened. = it won’t let me buy anything (ie troops or building upgrades)

I have the exact same problem as you with using Puffin Pro. It started about a week ago, the menu appears at the top but the main screen stays blank and I can't do anything. I have tried 3 seperate iPhones and a iPad in case it was a device issue but they all have the same identical fault.
I have deleted, re-installed, re-sync multiple times all to no avail.
Is anybody else having or had this issue with Puffin Pro in the last week or so? And has someone found a solution?
My account works fine and I can play the game as normal on a laptop through Chrome or the Plarium Play App just hardly ever get on one to play like I used to.

Yes Jeff and NO ONE from Plarium will even answer us.. such B S having these kind of issues dealt with in the forum.. THEY ARE NOT DEALT WITH. .you cant even get a response from them or a comment.
I suggest you start a New bug report for issue instead of reviving an old topic that puts your complaint on page 4
Hey Rich, the service was out for about 3 hours, so you got that message. My problem is - the service is back on and I cannot access my account thru Plarium Play because my email is not recognized anymore. Can you please fix this, soon?
