Plarium Play does not work for Chromebook sorry

My problem is my account was changed. When I was trying to change my password ( I forgot) it started me all over as a new player. I was at level 100 James Mathews Coordinates X:-190 y:616 Trojans UA-DE.  Now I have played for a long time to get to 100 and I will not start over. Hello Lord James , did you checked if you are on the right platform / server ? ( you can notice that on The icon of the game is with '' f '' logo or without it)

Hi, game going to loading screen but not starting past this. I mean the black retangle that says Plarium Play.

Same to me too. Just stays at that and not loading app at all.

Same also game not loading in any way or any form.

Getting SERVER ERROR IN '/' APPLICATION have already deleted and reloaded app but same message comes up does not show tehe app so no way to clear cache.

I'm not seeing any trouble in the game  for the past couple hrs  Is it still going on?  I'm on a ISP that  is pretty amazing so I don't  Have as many issues   as others seem to   (Where are you all located) if it's continued I will send you a link to support  I'll check and see if others are having problems also.

I see there have been  a few other reports  please be advised  it has been reported.

And I remind you that the game Stormfall:Age of War  was designed for the desktop and not for mobile devices ! 

This support area is SOOOO confusing.  I have to restart my machine 5-8 times before the game even loads.  If I'm lucky I just get the black screen with the Plarium logo on it.  I've uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times and I still have a problem.  I looked for the log file and it does not exist for some reason so I can't give you that.  If and when it does load it will not let me jump to another account.   HELP, HELP, HELP please.  I cannot continue playing like this as it is TOO frustrating.

I am betting you did not remove all of the  old plaruim play from your computer first . It must be completely removed  (each and every version )  Including Previous down loads and apps even the recycle bin. after you have sent everything there. 

Then restart your computer and check through and Make sure all traces  of the plarium Play app are gone before you try and re-install.  if this doesn't help then use the support link I gave you in the post above
