HI I have a ticket open for two days and have not heard anything back, I have been playing for 5 years and my account got reset back to level 1. Can you guys fix it please.

Have you checked to make sure your on the correct server ? Server 1 Is The Dark Plains Server 2 Is Untamed Lands and server 3 Is Farwol's Crown
At the top of the Castle it should have one of those Names
Click on it and it will show you the Path to the other servers It could be that your Castle is there.
Just start a build and as fast as you can click on the server change before the Building completes.

Unable to load game at all. Tried all troubleshooting issues as stated by you inc reset cache. Unistalled program, reinstalled and all I get is a 'Plarium Play' screen that never updates and is stuck there. This also happened after I had brought up all my troops from the Catcoombs to the Castle to participate in the weekly brawl.
Please don't ask me for technical information, my knowledge is limited. I just enjoy playing the game.
