Is this issue still topical? If so, [lease find the "Plarium Play" application shortcut on your Desktop area >> right-click it >> click on the "Open file location" option >> delete the "Cache" folder in the opened location.

I am not able to get into  Tournament or Event screens. When I click on either of them it takes me to a black screen and won't let me leave it or do anything else. I have to close and restart the game before I can do anything else. This just started with the new Tournament and Event that started today, I could access the previous Tournament with out any problems.  

Is there a problem with the game today?

I done the update and when i clic on the PlariumPlaySetup, a message appears:  Instalation failed, this application is already installed on your computer.

But when i m going to my programs list, the Plarium application is not there!!

tried app and browser, nothing works... Couldnt even log into forums until now...

Tried reinstalling after deleting -

I cannot get the programme to uninstall to re-install.

Hi! Please try reinstalling the application by following these steps:

- open the command line with the Win + R key combination;

- enter the control panel, go to Uninstall programs and uninstall Plarium App;

- press Win + R, enter Regedit, then open the following path: HKEY_CURRENT_USER \ HKEY_CURRENT_USER \ Software \;

- delete both folders - Plarium and PlariumPlayInstaller;

- in the same registry editor, press Ctrl + F (keyboard shortcut for a quick search), type Plarium in the pop-up window and delete all the items associated with the name;

- after deleting all folders and files that consist plarium, reinstall the application from the official site plarium.com.

If these steps did not help you, please send us information about your operating system (RMB on My Computer -> Properties) in this thread.

I would like to assure you that Drachmas cannot disappear from the balance without any reasons, this functionality has been tested quite closely. Most probably you have used Drachmas for in-game purchases as well. In case you still require further investigation, please create a ticket request and one of the customer Agents will gladly assist you.

In most of the cases, the total score of the tournament points earned might be shown with the delay, as it takes a while for the server to process the data. However, all the points earned during the tournaments will be eventually calculated.

I am unable to log into plarium play. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it all started yesterday.

I can put my details on the plarium play log in page but when I click on launch it changes to running but immediately changes back to launch and that is as far as I can get. 

Cache has been cleared. It was fine until yesterday when plarium went down and I couldn't log in at all. 

It came back and worked for a while. Then when I logged out and tried to log back in there was a plarium play update which I installed and then I have the problem as described above.

So im currently stuck and cant even get in on plarium play,nice update Plarium!!! (irony)

Are plarium working with an solution on loading issues? Or have i played sparta for the last time?
