Thanks. I'm not sure what other sources or ways there are to play apart from Google play, Apple store or emulators on pc.

Apple does the same as Google,  maybe even better, uses one unique registered ID per iphone/ipad. Especially when payment is involved.

People are quitting this game in droves.

Oh. Thanks for the awful weekend packs that had nothing in them. There is no incentive with this game. Unbalanced gameplay and overpriced microtransactions that are cheaper for others.

Let me answer you on these two issues. 

1. We ask players to report suspicious accounts to our Support team so that we can check them. We investigating all the complaints and take appropriate measures to such accounts. Also, we're woking on automatisation on this process on our end. I understand that it's very frustrating when some players play against the rules and it's sad for us to realize this also. However, some players do this so the best thing we can do it to work with such violations as soon as our players report them. 

2. As for the Offers, you know that we have regular Bank Offers and Special Offers with bonuses.

Special Offers appear according to a set algorithm which is constantly evolving. Several departments work on the development of that algorithm and they rely on analytics data, marketing research and other information they receive through their research channels. Players can receive different Offers and use them according to their interests.

Moreover, at the moment we're working on algorythm, which can prevent such violations in general.

I for one am glad that there is an algorithm  fix on the way, though it will take time. I know it's no easy task to trawl through  thousands upon thousands lines of code, change or add something and it works straight away.

Can I suggest that the developers not take a look at it from fix the IP dilemma but fix the link with Google play instead to be a one to one relationship, so that one account whether registered or guest ID  is associated with one Google account. Which would mean no matter the device (tablet/smartphone) as long as it is attached to that google account when they load the game they see the same soldiers inc account even if they log in  or out of game on guest ID  it remembers which ID went with which google account. And you could give a little warning that the account is open on another device before forcing one of them to close. Obviously once the guest ID is registered then that's what they see.

Luckily Google has done most of work and forced android phones to have one primary default  account so even if they link more than one to that device switching between them is not so easy. I'm not sure if this is same for Apple devices. 

I think  this should get rid of the multiple account  problem at least temporarily,  because people are people  if they want a hack they will get one, even if they search online for it and find one or if they learn how to hack via youtube then try their luck on this game or if they decide they have the time to get multiple devices with different accounts then I say good luck to you.

Thats my 28 support ticket for main rule violation. Didnt saw any progress, any fix.

Common guys - do your job administrating game. So many cheater multi account players. How you expect normal players to buy packs and build army. 

Do you think we all fair players are morons, to spare real money when game is not fixed and mults build and OPs beat mass troops and attack with this cheats?

What a joke you are Plarium. You do nothing like Nero, fiddle whilst the game burns. You have had many reports on cheating, particularly by MVD, but you have chosen to do nothing.

I feel sorry for players that have spent money, I was one but Apple have given me full refund.

Why is it only Russian alliances attack with 300k marines and 100k grenadiers with their attacks? AND ONLY RUSSIAN ALLIANCES. Because obvious exploiters. Edit: And you devs do nothing. Is there a connection?

Actually, Plarium is Israeli company with many offices around the world. 

Commander, as I mentioned, we're working on an algorythm for such violations. Please report these accounts to our Support team so we can check them. 

Updates here Updates there...wouldn't it be more important to eleminate the cheating pile of multiaccs first? If you are adviced im russian allys to create 4-5 additional accs for new allys...sry Updates are the wrong choice. Concentrating on eleminating multiaccs would be the right choice. I give u maybe 10 days for a solution and btw its your task to eleminate it. Not the players task. I won't do it for you...you want money, do something for that
