MultiAccount goes really big sizes. Time to think and make something about this cheats Plarium team.

Plarium - dont you see all game is filled with russians and others multiaccounts. Its against your policy. What you do for fair game. They didnt change name of bases either, just put next number after name.

I didnt talk about 1-2 bases or 1 guy but for cluster of 10-15-20 bases on bunch of players.

I talk about scheme to win big payout in infantry on OPs and to froze - 10, 20 bases from 1 guy and after that to go attacking other normal alliances with those sleeping troops. Where are your administrators, who control multi accounts. Reported so much cases. Things are going really big thats unfair cheeting of game. Last attacks at LoW alliance proove that - bases with same names /Like MicroBoss, MicroBoss RU, Microboss RUS and 5 more MicroBoss names/ 50-60lvl with 200k infantry.

So ease to cheet you and other players with PC emulator and 10-20 FB accounts, they do that mass every day and noone watch and controll this. Player from todays attack just wrote me in russian - Can you resist my 20 mults on attack - can you believe? Things gone worst and ugly like tragedy. And soon will be uncontroled. Didnt mind you cannot IP control that its so easy. But you loose game and players.

You have this very bad signal from real players there.

Multi – Accounting Policy

By using Plarium’s Services players agree NOT to have more than one account at any given time.

Players found to be in violation of this policy will receive disciplinary action. Their alternate accounts will be permanently blocked without noticed, though they may retain access to one primary account at the discretion of the Plarium Customer Support Team contingent upon a commitment to create no further accounts in the future. Additional violations may result in permanent banning from the game.

We understand that multiple players may share the same IP address. These players may still need to prove they are different people. If you have had your account blocked due to suspicion of multi-accounting, you must individually contact our Support Team for us to determine the authenticity of your account..

There needs to be an active effort Plarium to address these multiple accounts before these situations arise. 

What other actions will be taken other than freezing those accounts per your policy?  

Will you restore all the loses to those who are affected?  

As a paying customer this is completely unacceptable. I shouldn't incur any losses due to the ineffective enforcement of your policies. If this is not addressed expeditiously, I will have to take action on your inability ensure the quality of the product and services which I have purchased

Well, very true sir..

Guys at polaruim,you are setting policies just to fill lines our to be abided? We, as normal players with one account, are getting hit big and losing at lot of time, troops building,money,etc..for some hacker players creating many accounts..

I am sure that you care for reclamations and will look in it..the screenshots are pretty clears to explain what happened and happening

I have sent 2 tickets about this issue including a screen shot of a fake base farm right near me. I have spent money playing plarium games including soldier's inc the PC version.  However for now I will not spend another dime till all these accounts are shut down and LOW players are given their lost units back or the diamonds for free to buy back all lost units.

You are making money on players that are legitimate in their game play while allowing hacks to create multiple accounts against your policy. This is a fraud and you can be legally liable for damages. If you will not enforce your policies, then your negligence can and will cost you with class action from paying players like me.

you have here complaining the leathers of your game while youre not responding. this behavior is unexpected. more and more legitimate players are quite playing your game because of those multy accounts. im expecting you to restore everything i have lost today.. until that happens i will encourage others at global chat stop buying your products or you prefer me to open alts too and crush that illegally way any big alliance. this way everyone quite your game.

hope to get quick response for that issue.

How can you explain this unrespectful play Plarium.

 Bunch of Multiaccounters and OPs payout goes vs First on map LoW alliance.

And thats only alts - what your game turned in.

Normal players who respect your game and FAIR PLAY want:

1. Imeddiate restore of all troops killed in this ALTS/mults attack - you have all troops count and listed in AID Center of LOW members

               /if you want to save your game and business do it now/

2. Imeddiately BAN of all mult bases involved in this attack.

3. Further strictly control by game admins for ALTS, mults violation.

4. Fast and easy metod for reporting multi account bases.

This game gone really bad side - ugly, grotesque, weird.

Please show theme to Support team - it took 10 minutes to report 1 mult base. I dont have 24 hours to do that. Thats a Plarium JOB. They violate your rules. Up there small part of what is in real sizes problem. Dont you see your game going to trash. If you do nothing for that. As a community manager you are responsible too to show Plarium developers what multies and alt bases do in game.
