Lost account

Suddenly I have lost my account.
It is impossible to enter my account and it seems that someone changed the access data. Earlier I received an alert email from plarium telling me that someone had entered my account from Taiwan ..... subsequently it has been impossible to access my account.
Please help me. I invested hundred of hours in my account.
I'm desperate.

This is hapened with my account this morning too. I have sent to the support team the sutuation, but i coudnt recieve any feedback yet. And my player level was :((

Hope will be solved soon.

I'm also having this same issue.  Got an email saying that there was a suspicious login from Taiwan.  Tried to log in to my account with my email and was told that there was no account associated with it.  I sent in a support ticket but have only gotten the automated reply.  I've spent a lot of time and money on that account and don't want to lose everything!

Same thing same problem. Even have an active raid subscription. Sent support ticket. Got an automated response that would not work. Responded to them know I'm still locked out. Nothing. Lv 73 and a Clan Leader. 12 plus hours no response.

The same problem happened to my account. I have opened a support ticket attaching the email that Plarium sent me indicating a suspicious access from Taiwan.

Someone has resolved the problem? 

I opened several tickets, only received automátic responses 🙁

That's cause support isn't in for the day yet. Extra tickets won't progress the issue faster. They WILL be with you soon though. And they'll be able to help you.

The same happened to me. I received an email from Plarium reporting a suspicious login in Russia. After that I couldn't log in anymore either. I also received no response from plarium support.

Did u guys recieve any answer from support?? 

I cant belive that support is that slow! when i paied for ingame goods they get my money ASP... :( and now what? 😠👎

Please keep in mind that Raid averages over a million players a day. If even .5% submits a ticket... that's gonna take a while to work through.

I get raid as a lot of players. But players shouldnt be waiting weeks to get their account back. 

Many people are just waiting with no info what so ever. I think an acctual response from the support team saying its being looked into and could take x amount of days would help things.

Me too. The same. 

Yesterday, I received a mail from Plarium saying that there was a suspicious login from Taiwan. I tried to login and Plarium Play says that my account don't exists. I have opened a couple of support tickets. And the only thing I have received was two automated messages, which leave you with the feeling that they are passing from you.

And as the rest of those affected say, charge, they charge quickly.

They asked for information like year and month i started playing. Screenshot of any purchase that had been made with the order number visable.

They then emailed me baxk a day later saying they would give me access back to my account.

Then another 24hrs later i was able get back onto my account.
