So I just lost my account and I’m not sure what to do about this app because I have a 2nd account but it’s with google any help would be much appreciate

Hello all,
Same happened to me today, Level 32, Line827Man. Its frustrating as $*%(%. not going to get my daily rewards.. 2 weeks away from evil ethel. It happend after downloading on PC today. I''ve only been playing on my phone. But now I can't get into account on phone either.
Please help

Same problem since last Thursday, level 60 and I have spent money on it and haven't gotten a real reply yet from support. In game is "screwuhippy" I forwarded them all the details and their response so far is to say that there are alot of issues and will get back to me. This is really pissing me off.

hey saffron man. this happened to me today. what can u do. or what can i do. been playing for many months was at 53 or so. spebt money on it and had alot of progress was logged in to both plarium and facebook

User Danafond. I didn’t lose my progress, just about a dozen 1 day XP flags and the 1,000 energy they gave us. No screen shots because I don’t normally take them. Any hope?

Looks like the same issue here, someone has taken control of my account, 2 days and no reply from plarium support.
user was 309blink (or blink309 not sure how it came up in game)
on a side note it looks like you can simply change the email your account is associated with from the profile page. This is why when everyone logs back in it looks like their account has been reset, because their original account isn't associated with their email anymore so the system makes them a new one. This is a TERRIBLE account security issue. How is there not even a verification email sent to the original email to confirm an account change like that?

I got same thing 12 days ago i wrote 3 tickets but support team sending me auto-message which i alredy know i wrote all info ( registred email, ID, nickname ) but supp doesnt anwer me, i was lvl 60 playing about 1 year please help someone

i too had my account reset over a week ago from 55 to 1 and would like to get it back my account nickname is stabito. i have been in contact with support for a week but they havent actually done anything to help. any help is greatly appreciated

So I didn't have an account so I tried switching all my stuff by logging in and I lost my 23 level progress!!!!!!! I am not very happy with that. Please if anyone could help me. I'm desperate. This is all I know about my (not signed in account), name YourAverage or JustYourAverage level 21-23 and I need this back please!!!
