Hope you are both well.. this have happened to me before.. and is fixable with the right information and i am here to do all i can to help you both. 

How long have you been playing?

What is the ID for the account in question? (the account that is not yours)

What is the email of the account that is missing?

Have you spent any money on the missing account? Do you have proof of purchase? ie a screenshot of a receipt etc?


If either of you could please get back to me with this information whenever is convenient, i will do whatever i can to get you both back on the grind.

Had the same problem...level 50 is now level 2, 6 Legendaries and several hundred dollars lost. I'm sure Plarium has a record of my expenditures. Went to make a support ticket, will not accept any ID or Coords. What the hell, Plarium? There is absolutely no excuse for this. If I am stuck with this "new" account, I expect some form of compensation.

Same happened here....was lol 54..walked into kitchen..put pizza in microwave..game forces me into update,.. No game left..and cant get to tech support either!!

Same problem, account is gone... my clan mates noted that i left the guild straight after it happened and that my name changed, i had done clan boss damage so they could see my damage and heroes, my name had been changed.

I dont have an id number but have me email and plenty of recipts...

All this happened a couple of days after i pulled valkyrie :(

Has anyone else noted that the "SHOP" has changed currencies? Mine now says "Rubles" instead of USD, and cannot find any way to change it back?

Hello everyone, so my account is now fixed! If you guys have the same problem as I had, I recommend contaction TheSaffronMan either on this site or on discord. He can help out getting the right information needed and give it to the support team.

Hey i add myself to the list.

Happend on Saturday. I saw the different name aswell for a split secound because my laptop was running raid when i closed it to get something to eat. Tryed logging in at my pc all the sudden tutorial. Went to the Laptop all i could see that my name was much longer befor i got kicked out. Sadly i dont have my User Id just my Ip, bankstatments from march and a referral link from around half a year ago account is Level 51 maybe 52 if someone hacked it and finished the last 5%. But yeah ticket numbers are 1818094 and 1818123 because i wrote one in german. So Sorry for some misstakes and for the spam Saffron but you are basiclly my last hope.

Also funny thing this website has an ip tracker so i checked all the ips and saw one from London and one from Antwerben. Sadly there are just 10 sessions tracked so i overwrote all off them by now. Otherwise i would post all of them because i dont even think they would use vpn. And i wasnt there for sure ;). But jeah if someone wants to try their luck. main plarium site/ Player Profile/ Device Activity. Quite usefull to close all sessions but this is also the reason you cant auto log in anymore.

Yeah, just tried to start the game it came up with no games found. I'm level 56 and have put money into this.

Just had the same problem. I went to sign in through Facebook, once returned back tutorial started. That’s totally silly.

Please, please HELP.....account name is Banglos. 

Im a level 45-48 and  was in thrue facebook and iPhone.once i connected to platinum it reset all and i cant get back. Do t know how
