'i try to connect my account to id plarium, but, my game begin àt thé start when i try. So il lost my account and i wasn' t connect to id plarium

Now, i connect my New account (with the same id i think) to id plarium

But i want my old account back

Hi, I didn't know where else would be the best place to post this. I have lost my old account. I bought a new phone yesterday and had to reinstall all my apps when I downloaded Raid I didn't realise I thoughf i had saved it to my facebook in the past and turns out I was wrong. So after going back to my old phone real quick to try and connect it to my Favebook to transfer over I had started myself back at the start.

So I logged into my plarium account on my game (iphone), then it froze, and would log in.  When I shut the app down and then re-loaded, all my game data was gone.  And I was going through the beginning game sequence.  Invested way to much into this game - dont get me wrong, I love this game but I will not start from level one after all that I had acquired.

PLEASE Help.  

I have been playing for a month and a half. I just tried to get a reward for connecting my plarium account and the game restarted from the beginning and everything is gone!! I don’t want to start all over I worked so hard.

I had just sent in a ticket too because my amazon drop wasn’t working, and when trying to connect to plarium I was getting error messages. 

It went through and then all was lost_ had a new user ID and everything.... I am pissed!!

Hello, I was playing on mobile version of this game.

I accidentally clicked on something and a new game pops up. and I can not login in a old one.

Hi, my in game user name is Freedomsfate. I was able to log in the morning to run my dailies. After the gym, on my ride home I tried to play raid. When I hit the app it prompted me to accept terms. I thought it was because of all the rolling updates. It took me to the beginning intro of the game, aka created a new account. I tried logging in to my account and it said my password was incorrect. When I got home I tried to log using my PC, I was logged out, and the plarium client had no record of me ever playing. I tried resetting my password but all it did was reset the new accounts password. I am connected with plarium, google play, Facebook, and amazon. 

I submitted tickets from both my phone (samsung galaxy s10, t-mobile) and my home desktop, but am currently still not able to connect. I also left a comment on Chosens video from this evening Sunday Febraury 16th to see if he had pull to help get this resolved. 

Is there anyone else that can help? I'm def a die hard fan and this is excruciating!

I created a plarium account to link to my account and it linked to a starter account. Now I am unable to log into my account. It is only letting me log into the starter account. I need some help getting my account back. 

can I get my old account back in some way? while I did not have internet access I uninstalled the game and when I had the internet I reinstalled it. after starting the game I had the initial tutorial and a new account. probably not secured that. can i do something about it? My name is Smerdek I had a gold pass I already had 2 heroes from it: Stag Knight and Ursine Icecrusher. on avatar I had kayel. My profile is not save propably.
