So I am furious!! Idk if this is considered a Payment issue or not, but i certainly lost money, so YES LETS CONSIDER IT A PAYMENT ISSUE.. On june 1st, in between the hours of 3am Eastern standard time (USA), and 10am, I lost 500 gems. How? i really have no idea, and i wish one of you guys can tell me. It's really frustrating becasue I contacted you guys multiple times via support on the ingame link and have yet to get a response. It also frustrates me because I PAID FOR THESE GEMS!... I do expect reimbursement, because in my eyes this is considered stealing. I gave you guys the benefit of the doubt now, dont get me wrong. at first, i was hoping i made a mistake, because, i find satisfaction in being accountable for my mistakes. I figured i may have accidently made an in game gem purchase, but i checke my inventory and it is still the exact same. as with the amount of shards i have. As with the amount of energy i have, same with silver. These gems went absoulutely nowhere, and i am furious. I find myself a loyal player, a "customer" if you will, as i have made several purchases. i think its only fair if you reimburse me the FULL amount of gems, and honestly that's just being nice. I could request some more, being that i have lost planned progress, that i planned on doing in the game today. this is a real holdup, and downright betrayal to your customer, being that i have tried to contact you guys several time. I even disclosed this issue with my clan, and they told me that this has happened with other players and you have failed to reimburse them, or even contact them.. but i am going to GIVE YOU GUYS THE BENEFIT OF THE DOUBT and hope i am not that same case.. again, Before i went to bed at 3 am, i had 840 gems, and i woke up with 305.. again, i really this issue receives the attention it deserves. ..
