You would think a company owned by Aristocrat Leisure, a well known name in the Gambling industry would know about fair play. 

You guys have lost a whale from me today, and I won't spend a single dollar more for this company. 

For those of us that payed and feel shafted, there are some real options for us.

I'm off to talk to Google support. I suggest you look into something similar. Look up your local, state, and federal consumer laws, and I guarantee you will find plenty to use.

Jij29 has copied the message of our official position concerning this case:


We are sorry that the free packs were released unexpectedly. Still, the packs were available in the game for several minutes. Only a small percentage of the players have managed to get them.

We will not withdraw the content of the packs from the accounts that have received the packs. Also, we do not plan to enable these free packs again.

Based on this experience, we will do our best to avoid such situations when the game gets officially released worldwide.

Once again, please accept our apologies for the inconvenience this situation might have caused.


I would like to add a few words to the statement above.

I understand all the players who did not receive the free packs, but the packs were available for all the users on the server for several minutes and anyone could have gotten them.

Anyway, the developers have already adjusted the server and such cases should not bother you in the future.

Then what's the point of playing your game and spending money if a rather large number of players managed to get 3 game packs each, which gave them a huge playing advantage compared to other players. And you take no action other than a few words? When did the other players spend a lot of real money on the same purchases ???

I got same reply. I was hoping they would be different and care about community. It would not be difficult or very costly just just send out some sort of even minor compensation for the unfair advantage/mistake . This would make everyone happy and see they actually care about the players base but instead they just prove they are as bad as the rest of them.  Wait for ALL these 1 star reviews to come out now when you officially release.



Instead they send out a cold copy and paste response to everyone with a middle finger saying "you should have just been on the get the free packs...too bad.


Also, for the record...few people in my clan were online during that time and tried to get it but were unable, while others were able to buy 3.  So it was NOT equally available to everyone at the same time from what I was told.

Lol this is a serious response from tech support? Your kidding right. Your essentially just saying "fuck you, your were too slow" to all those who didn't get it..... Well that's good, good luck with maintaining the integrity of ur standing in the public, this is why ur tech support and not in a PR position.

Btw rebirth you guys might want to read this:

Violation of Google Play Developer user agreement 3.5.

3.5 You may also choose to distribute Products for free. If the Product is free, you will not be charged a Transaction Fee. You may not start charging a user for a Product that was initially free unless the charge correlates with an alternative version of the Product. The Payment Processor must process all fees a Developer receives for any version of a Product distributed via Google Play.

Жду недождусь релиза игры что бы написать негативный отзыв. Первый раз в играх вижу такое наплевательское отношение к игрокам! Разработчики даже не задумались какой имбаланс вносят в игру. Не собираюсь вносить ниодного доллара в игру! Ведь можно просто сидеть, ничего не делать и получить кристалов на 300 долларов, просто так. Зачем напрягатся.

Also what a load of shit. The packs were not available to everybody at all. It said free for some people but not many. Instead most of us have no way of competing in pvp now. People who got the packs can farm much more than the rest of us plus no doubt bought more shards with the gems creating more of a gap.



The fact that this is your response is unacceptable and it has been reported to google play. Keep treating your playerbase like this and you won't have a playerbase at all.

The only way to compensate people hurted and to "punish" lucky people of the free packs is to delete the game data, expecially in this test phase before the official release, and then, when that time will come, to send packs boughts during the previous phase on ingame box.

So people who boughts the packs will have their packs and the lucky people will have nothing.

The trouble is that that new fresh start could change your heroes owned and you must being again from the beginning.

Wow, this is totally unacceptable... I spent 96*3 dollars for those packs and the lucky guys got them for free... I will stop spending any more money on any of your games and get a reinburse from google. This is a good game, but the you guys are idiots. You just lost a big group of whales.

The fact is that many clans have their own chats, there is also a discord and other programs in which chats are created for the game. They were quickly informed about the bug and these packages were able to get a lot more people than they tell us. At the moment, it completely destroyed the balance and economy of the game. Further to play and the more so to spend money for their products in the game is meaningless.

I came from marvel contest of champions, they had an equivalent screw up and refused to address the community outcry. What the community did was stop spending and left 1 star reviews. It didn't take long for them to apologize and revert/compensate their screw up. I suggest the community does this. Such a shame this is a good game too. I hope you don't plan on releasing the game after giving ridiculous free items to random players - not only was it a huge advantage but a serious slap in the face to the players that purchased them.

Can't leave reviews as it's 'in development' still. I'm just waiting to see if they respond. They have stopped responding to my tickets including tickets for being banned for too many refunds....
