Probably not. Stalwart is really intended for CB. Doesn't help much elsewhere.
I got a pair of speed boots in Stalwart. That would help him some. I can build a decent Stalwart set and a Speed set for him.

I am going to create a new 60-1 for points. Which of these might have value?
It's hard to answer without context, but I'd probably suggest Psylar. She's just all-around amazing everywhere. Scyl and Cardinal are worthy candidates too.
Also - leave the rest of your 50's alone. Most of the others are really terrible. Fang Cleric may eventually become 60, as well as Skull-Lord and Taurus, but they are all on very specific teams. The others are junk. Don't feed them to anyone, but don't waste any more resources on them.
