You've got lots of DPS options. Scabrius, Fayne, and Ninja (with a touch of speed tweaking).

Easy switch - drop Apoth for Versulf, and switch all your champs out of lifesteal gear and into better stuff. That'll get you to 1-key no problem. You'll want SK to be on 4:3 so she can block the stun, and you'll want her running it on turn 2 if she's slowest or turn 3 otherwise.

Well, I just mean that you aren't pigeonholed into running lifesteal if you have Versulf, since he brings leech. If lifesteal ends up actually being your best gear, so be it, but usually it's much easier to find good gear from perception and resilience.

For 4:3, you need approximately 224 SPD. I posted a similar rotation in another thread, let me see if I can find it.

So, roughly speaking:

Skullcrusher - slowest other than ninja while being above 170 spd

FB - faster than Skullcrusher

Versulf - faster than Skullcrusher - this one you'll have to experiment with. You may need him slower than SK, depends on whether you get more traction out of having an extra turn of CA for Versulf vs losing the DEF up on SK

SK - at least 224 speed

Ninja - at most 164 speed

Does Versulf need to be booked?

"Need" is a strong word here. He definitely benefits from it, but I wouldn't call it mandatory. Your rotations will be a mess without booking, but you will almost certainly still outperform Apoth.

Stun  targets  are  based  off  of  multiple  variables:

The  first  is  affinity.  If  the  clan  boss  is  green,  for  example,  it  will  almost  always  target  your  red  champions.  (I  have  seen  some  times  when  a  champion  is  very  very  low,  the  clan  boss  will  switch  to  them  to  finish  them  off).

Second,  it  is  percentage  of  HP  remaining.  Skullcrusher  doesnt  need  the  lowest  HP,  he  just  needs  the  least  compared  to  everyone  else,  like  40%  of  his  HP  compared  to  60%  of  everyone  else's  HP.  If  everyone  is  at  the  same  level  of  HP  then  the  clan  boss  will  focus  on  the  one  with  the  lowest  total  HP.

The  last  thing  is  that  he  has  to  have  some  HP  left,  more  than  one.  He  can't  just  be  sitting  at  one  HP  and  an  Unkillablt  buff.  To  fix  this  you  can  simply  use  healing  or  lifesteal/Lifedrinker.

Others I think between 175 and 186.  Will let u mix and match in 3 spots based on affinity.  And work on NM and UNM.

UPB no books but do have 6 I can put on him during CVC, Masteries about 1/2 thru.

His A3 needs full booking to be effective for the role you want him in. You need it at 3-turn CD, so he can use it just before the stun.

She also has Block debuffs on a 3 turn cooldown.

SS is 4-turn CD on A2, not 3. Makes her much more difficult to gear. Also, Brogni brings ATK up, which'll boost some of your damage from Ninja. And lastly, his shield procs GS very effectively.

Brogni is just ridiculously good. Absolutely use books on him.  Awesome in tag for go 1st and go 2nd teams (so you can use J's suggestions 😆 🤣)

The passive procs on shield are awesome. Make sure you keep bloodshield rings from CvC too.  I could see using both brogni and sepulcher even unless u had another dec atk option.  Don't remember...
