Unfortunately the math bears out that your results were pretty normal here. The RNG aspect of the game can be frustrating, but the rewards for what you did are where they should be.
Maybe make a new post where someone can try and help improve your clan boss team so your time can be better spent in the game, getting better rewards?
It's up to you. There could be potential to improve your comp in several ways (if you post stats/gearing), but it's your game in the end. You can make viable NM/UNM teams with proper champion selection and gearing.

You almost certainly have the options for a viable non UK, non CA team here with your defense up/ally protection options, with Geomancer and whatever route you want for poisons. I also don't know what your dungeon situation is, but putting more time in at your best dungeons, couldn't hurt either.
Personally I'd post my gearing/masteries/etc. but once again, it's up to you.
Last month I got from double NM chests 2/3 of time either a shard or book daily. got 3 lego books and 3 epic books, 2 sacre shards and a bunch of ancient shards. Which I was happy wih since I stil lneed tons of these to complete rhazin fusion. Those shards got me almost all missing rares (only one missing now), so I was quite pleased with the haul.
The new month started with 2 sacre shards, 2 void shards and a epic book. I can't complain about NM.
On my other acount I am doing only brutal so far and brutal drops have een quite disappointing.
Yes, NM CB nerfed. Tested with few crew. Before 6 months 1472 run 27 sacred shards, in this test phase, 1535 run 3 sacred shard.

Hi guys, I recommend to take such videos with a pinch of salt. We strongly discourage making any conclusions on the extracted data, as on numerous occasions it has been misinterpreted.
As for the CB drop - it has not been changed.

there were weeks when I didn't receive anything anymore, because I didn't have an unm team, after I made an unm team I started to receive shards, at nm there is very little chance, and rarely books even at unm, because I receive only 1 chest we still can't take it off :

Yes indead. I jut started a few days before Halloween so that's the only full month I have. But I was quite pleased. I suspect my luck with books that month will be hard to match again but I was very surpriesed how much brew, pot, silver, and gems really add up.

I always tell people in my clans that their first and only priority is Clan Boss. Do the things you need to do to get your NM and then UNM team going. There is SO MUCH return on investment that it is silly.
I started writing down some numbers as well. I started on November 7th and in that month I got from
46 chests Brutal: 3 ancient shards, 3 void shards, 1 epic book
46 chests Nightmare: 11 ancient shards, 1 void shard, 5 epic books, 3 sacred books, 3 sacred shards
46 chests UltraNM: 23 ancient shards, 9 void shards, 10 epic books, 3 leggo books, 5 sacred shards
It is RNG. Anytime the likelihood of something happening is as low as getting top items from NM chests, you are going to be open to variance/RNG. The smaller the likelihood of something happening, the bigger sample size you need to normalize results/variance.
Are you perhaps able to run your team on auto on a different device so you're not losing that time everyday?
