Why is this still pinned its 2 years old?  Maybe pin some new codes that all players can use instead of new players?

I am new to the game but have been playing for a little while can I still use any of these promocodes?

You can use the non-"New Player Codes" since you said you been playing for awhile but new you are probably beyond the first 72 hours for the New player codes that give a champion. 

The others you should be able to claim by clicking on the menu on the left of the screen:

then going to Promo Codes:

and typing it in. You can claim 1 code per 24 hours.

The codes for new players have certain limit, you can't use them if you are playing for a while. But just try if it works, it works. Initially I didn't had an account where I leveled upto 15 and got Rhonda character. Unfortunately I lost that account and decided to start a new account. As I already player this game, they said I can't use code for new players though I started a new account. 

I have been trying this GAMELEAP promo code since the day after it came out and to this day it still say code is invalid🤷🏽‍♂️

Typically a code will switch to saying "Invalid" after you have already used it once. I wonder if your account bugged. When they expire it will switch to saying "this code has expired"

If there is time sencetive codes then why is there a daily promo code limit reached. This would seem unfair to new players as well as those people oujt here that plays the game for fun and doesnt pay to get upgrades?

artak has never been a promo code champ, just during the login event awhile back before he went to the regular  champions pool.

Yeah they expire at times, but typically when it says Invalid and not Expired code means you have either already used it or you typed it wrong.
