Going to do the fusion because why not, but not gonna gamble on the Hero's Path format, just gonna get stuff done ASAP.

Optional yes, but without doing heroes path, you need to do everything else. That's... new.

Didn't we just have a fusion with no skipping available? At least there is some way to get extras... I'm all in on tormin and fusion so guess it doesn't really matter. 

Correct. Ugir had no leeway unless you got bonus fragments from the Champ Training leaderboard. Could not skip anything otherwise.

IIRC Timit before that had very little wiggle room, had a few tournaments with bonus frags for leaderboard. 

At least heroes path is near the end.  I will have a good idea on resources and what I can do.  

I would have preferred it closer to the beginning to see how hard it will be to determine if I wanted to go hero's path or another route. Honestly I would almost rather have papercuts on my eyeballs than do dungeon diver events. 

Hmmm... just thought of something. I struggle with bomb teams. This dude with Monkey may be able to overcome some those teams. Provided they cannot put Blizaar down twice in short order this dude will revive and then Monkey will revive and blow up the other team. Pair that with Skytouched Shaman and I think I may have a bomb counter team finally. 

I dislike dungeon diver events also.  They are a huge suck on resources and boring.  

What is the new normal for Chase points?

My best guess would be somewhere in the 1k to 1.5k range for the first frags and 2.5-3k range for the rest.

Either that or Blizzar soul.

Just hope there's a 2x for all shard summons during it, to increase the chances of getting a new champion for Christmas - for anyone going for it.

Each their own point total, where I'd expect the frags to show up.

i.e. first set of fragments at the 1 to 1.5k, second set at 2.5-3k points. 

so not added together, just a range of where I think those frags will show up.

Only 3k for Summon Rush and 3k for Champ Chase seems easy.   Are they being nice to us for Bliz?
