You do realise those extra 10 crystals is just to goad you into spending money.  Just look at the purchase offers.  $4.99 for 20 shards. (1 pull, still 10 left).  $19.99 for 80 shards. (4 pulls, still 10 left). Oh but wait. For $49.99 I can get 210 shards.... I can finally make use of those extra 10 "free" shards.  Just gotta pay $49.99.  So again, you missed my point.  It's great they put this event in for the chance for something.  Just don't blow smoke up my ass with the extra "free" 10.  Oh, and to answer your question.  Yes, I would rather NOT get the extra 10.  I'm not a whale, so they are just going to sit and rot.

The extra will roll over to the next event, no rotting.  These hamburgers freeze well for future consumption.

I have a 46 day old account.  I can't do these events but, I compete against players who can in the arenas.

I already can't get Ronda whom I face daily with my one gitfed lego...  Why wouldn't I just give up at this point?  Everyone else is getting tanked up and I'm what?  A resource for free arena points?  Huh?  What am I supposed to do?  Juast keep grinding in futility?

Walk before you run, develop your account (getting best champs to 60, grinding dungeons for gear), be less hung up on what others have and what you don't. 

As I told you on Discord, feel free to drop a roster screenshot (preferably in a new thread) and we'll see if we can take a constructive approach.

I'm just going to start over with a promo code and drop my $90 a month based on advice from players I know, personally.  It's amazing how much kinder Raid people are in person.

If there was nothing else to buy in the whole world with that extra 5$, except half a burger, which you cant buy, then, well, i wouldnt spit in your face cuz thats rude, but i wouldnt be jumping with joy either :P

So far, we only see them given in batches of 20. So that's what we need to find out in the near future, can we round up those extra 10 we got, somewhere, anywhere, to get an even 20, or will we get stuck with a forever 10 (wouldnt surpirse me either LOL)

You don't lose them. You can earn them from events/tourneys. What's the mystery?

I don't know you personally, but been playing a good while.  If you buy nothing else the $10/month for the daily gems is the absolute best bang for the buck.  as soon as the end buy them again so they add up...at least for awhile

Just saw, they replaced the top reward for the Spider turn tournament with 20 crystals...so it is 1 pull you get for 6500 points....ahem...this does not motivate me...

Edit...with my current team I need 10 turns to beat Spider hard 10...that nets me 73 points on the spider turn tournament...so I need about 90 runs on Spider hard 1800 energy to get 20 prism crystals....aehm...no...

what team you running cause i am at 23 turns for spider hard 1.......would love to make my runs shorter

Nice event, I open to pull the prism shards, game freezes, so I restart open it again. Bang game freezes only at the new shard window. So no to spending on this event.
