they are aware of the current issues players are facing with regards to genbo not showing up for them as well as codes becoming inactive.

Same for me. No reward. The game said it was having issues when I entered the code in game and the game stopped working. Had to force quit then re open. iPhone. 

same here. restarted game, restarted PC. still no luck

Yep mine is not working either tried numerous times...no luck.

What is the point of giving out freebies if they Do Not Work !!!!!

Yesterday the code for Genbo just did nothing, no error message or anything, just nothing. And today it says the code has expired, well that's just great!

Still nothing 

I entered the code it told me processing, then I closed the game came back today and now it says expired but never received him... Will I still get him or what?

Mine didn't work either - game community on Facebook showed multiple users with the same issue, but Plarium said it was being resolved. Now I am getting a message that the gift was time limited and has expired!

Same problem here. I just woke up and tried it again and it now says the code has expired.

I came back to game just cause of this promo code wasted my first code because i couldn't remember the my account email. Finally got my account and was hoping to use the rest of the codes on it. But if it doesn't work I am out . Where is my genbo? :,( 

Same problem for me.  Looks like still broken.

Just in case some of you guys who allready entered the code and recieved the "processing" message: It was the same for me, and now I found my Genbo in the in-box, with 6 days to claim him. 

Entering the same code again or asking for a new code at Prime Gaming doesn't help. So, before the 6 days to claim are over and you start a lawsuit against Plarium and Amazon, check your Inbox in the game! 

Still no genbo and now my code says it's expired/used maximum times
