In your video, the Scarab did not get a turn. What happened was: he counterattacked, because you attacked him without shield. Coldheart was faster than your Metlashaper, probably because of "Whirlwind of Death" mastery. She got extra speed during the fight by killing enemies in stage 1 and 2 and overtook Metalshaper that way.

Can I slow down Coldheart in stage 1 and 2? Or how much speed do I need to add to Metal?
Why Psylar (tm reducing skill 40% on a booked 4 turn cooldown) instead of Visix (tm reducing skill 30% on the A1)?
I posted a Metalshaper team beating the boss without letting the Scarab get a turn. The op has all champs exept of Vlad. Any damage dealer in a destroy set could replace him (the A2 has an additional tm decreasing effect, but I only used his A1 in the fight). Coldheart can replace Soulbond Bowyer, in terms of turnmeter reduce they do exactly the same. Indeed I have a Coldheart, but in her equip she is actually to fast to fit in the team, and I didn't want to criple her for other content just to make her fit here.
Speed stats as low as Metalshaper 191, Vlad (or any other damage dealer) 182, Soulbond Bowyer 182, Armiger 172, Visix 160 [I should get better gear for her] are still good enough to beat stage 100 normal. Faster champs make it easier, of course, but these speed stats are fast enough.

If Coldheart has Whirlwind of Death, then you'll need 18 more speed than whatever her sheet speed indicates.
I ran it 3 times. Once Metal died in the 2nd stage. Twice made it to the boss and used shield first. Battle was going slow and ugly until about 3:45. Then the boss started taking turns and it was over. I tried to post a youtube but I keep getting an error message.
It feels like right on the edge of winning. It needs some tweak but I dont know what.

A good point, that could happen in long battles with a lot of turns. With a damagedealer in destroy (or Vlad in my case), the fight just takes a few rounds, and if Visix is much slower than Metalshaper, you are safe. But in long fights, Visix may overcome Metalshaper.

You should observe in your video if the boss really gets a turn. Watch his turnmeter. Is it full when he acts? Or does he counterattack you? That would happen because one of your champs is faster than Metalshaper and attacks the boss without shield.
Did you participate in any Clan vs. Clan so far and got bloodshield rings, amulets or banners for any faction? That information would really help to build a team.
This team never beat Scarab King on L100. I just ran this team on L30 and it failed. Scrarab King attacked on turns 88 and 156. Then he attacked on turns 177-200. On turn 200 he killed my team as he was very close to dying himself. I am doing something wrong but I dont know what.

Turn 200? The fight shouldn't take that long. Post pics of the stats from all champs you used. There seems to be something terribly wrong with the equip of your champs.
We don't know what goes wrong in your fight, you have to tell us what happens if we are supposed to help. Did the Scarab got a turn or did he counterattack because one of your team members attacked him without active shield?
The team I mentioned, Soulbond Bowyer or Coldheart (100% tm reduce), Visix, Armiger, Metalshaper + one free dps champ, is able to beat that boss. I used a weak lvl 50 Gorlos as dps, and it still worked

make sure Metalshaper is the fastest champ at the boss. Make him fast enough that others don't overtune him with Whirlwind of Death mastery (Metalshaper at least 18 speed faster than any champ with Whirlwind mastery)
do not use masteries that can influence your turnorder. No Rapid Response or Arcane Celerity on any of the champs
use only the A1 skills in round 2, your champs have to arrive at the boss with all skills aviable
Armiger needs 100% crit rate to have his turnmeter effect working. Disable Armiger's A2, this attack does not reduce turnmeter
Armiger, Visix and Coldheart need accuracy for their turnmeter reducing effect, at least 200 on everybody, the more, the better
In my showcase team above they had the following crucial stats
Metalshaper: 191 speed
Soulbond Bowyer 190 speed (no Whirlwind of Death mastery, otherwise she would be to fast), 220 acc
Damage champ (Gorlos, but he can be replaced with anybody, I just used a weak lvl 50 to show that the team works): 176 speed
