The gear is mostly broken sets to get the right stats.  

UDK was the first to die and revived by Scyl.  Then Visix and CH almost at the same time with both revived by Scyl.  This happened several times until Apo died and then Scyl went down fast.  

Those stats look very solid. When you watch the fight, can you tell what is happening exactly? Is visix attacking the queen on most turns? Is CH using her a3 on the queen? How is she getting a chance to attack?

Visix is using her turn meter skill on the queen.  Her other skills are blocked.   I didnt pay close attention to CH but noticed the spiderlings were getting provoked and stunned.  I didnt see much else happen to them.  UDK is the lead with his Def in all battles.  

The battle looked good but the queen kept energizing herself with the spiderlings that didnt die.  

Yeah, that shouldn't be happening. Can you watch more carefully next time? Pay special attention to visix attacks - they should be draining TM from the boss. And pay special attention to CH a3.

If you can find a way to record a video of the first minute or so, that'd also help.

Fisrt: Congratulations to your victory.

I don't know why the same team worked once and another time didn't. But one little tip to increase the win rate: use the "first round flag" on Visix otherwise blocked A2, to start the fight with a speed debuff on the queen. Scyl has only a 20% (booked 40%) chance on her A1, so it may take some time until she would place that debuff. In addition to the speed debuff, the ally protection will spread some of the damage UDK takes to Visix in the first round, making him survive a bit longer.

Skadi basically mentions it here, but from watching the team in action myself, you need to have Visix Ally Protection and Speed Decrease up immediately to deal with the slower UDK and slower Apothecary in your recommendations.

For a more consistent win, as I mentioned in an earlier comment, wouldn't be turning off Visix A2 so that I could ensure speed debuffs and keep UDK up. That speed debuff is important on the big spider and spiderlings, both to take some TM pressure off and damage pressure off UDK and the heals. We don't want Scyl spending turns reviving.

I'd also recommend well faster than 200 for Apothecary. Running mine at 260 in the team you recommended I can leave both Visix A2 and A3 on (wasting a TM decrease on the A3 provoke) and win 100%. Yes, I tested this. :)

Overall though, for farming to be more consistent and way way way faster, Poly would want a Drex/CH based team from that roster.

Something else to think about, I wait a turn for CH A3 TM decrease.  My whole team gets 2 turns to Mama Spider's 1.  If your CH gets two turns before the mama spider gets one, the A3 is more effective.  Start with CH A2, then her A3.

Not using drex is beyond a mistake...😆 we shouldn't be adding degrees of difficulty to anything poly attempts ;)

A Drex team would make all the difference :D

Looks as though AI settings with Visix was the issue here.

I disabled A2 and A3.  What should I change?

I didn't watch the whole thing, but she's using her A3 at the 7 minute mark.

Also, she's opening with her A3, which you don't really need. You want her to open with the A2, but then disable it. The speed down landing is going to make a world of difference.
