We have noticed more loading issues we are aware of this and plarium is working on this, please be patient while they figure out what's cause this

Yes, it is still the same issue and they say that they are still actively working on it.

Again down... today is impossible to play and just before crash, the Heart Slayers were tasting our bastion... I hope ALL the players are out of game, not only few: the hits by heart slayers are just an itch but without see what is happening any Filibustiere feel not fully top peaceful... obviously if attacks continue by HS and we are not on line to preserve, our ticket to the support will not the only way we try to obtain satisfaction.

We are told to be patient while our troops are stuck in the haven waiting to get picked off 

Again well done Plarium 

You ppl seem to be full of excuses and very short on solutions 

Fix the game before i lose all my troops

I haven't been able to get into the game since this morning, which was 11 to 12 hours ago. Still giving me the P symbol. I think the events that were running today need to be given more time to complete, if no one has been able to earn points toward them all day.

People who are already in the game can still play as long as they don't logout. This is a response to the closed thread in general discussion. So if you get raided during this time I think plarium will reimburse you for your losses if you have troops out or raids returning and you can't secure your troops. Thing is it's almost bed time for some people and if the server comes back on  and they get raided while sleeping I doubt they will reimburse you since the time frame of the raid would be when the login server was back online and working already. So I feel sorry for all who will lose troops and not get reimbursed.

I was in the game and my screen went black and a P came up  now cannot get back in left P screen for 20 mins now have ship picture but load bar is on zero and not moving.

The game should be back up, 

please allow me to remind you anything lost while plarium was down, we can not answer to that in the forums

please contact PLARIUM HELP DESK and they will take further actions

finally get to log in and  it seems someone has had a good days raiding.


lucky I got on tonight or I would be on day 1 again.


will we be refunded for losses due to server outage?

A Simple web page in the support section saying Server Situation, that every one can click on as a 1st port of call, if they can not log in,

with a list on the time line keeping every one updated.


Most of the time “One” would expect to see, a list of NO KNOW ISSUES or SERVER MAINTANCE

at most times a Moderator has the info that is needed when such things happen when a platform of plarium goes down

in this case many of their games did just that, The Mods have a direct line allowing us at first hand getting this to the right people A/S/A/P 

the forums are used to give any info that is learned of a situation, many times it is our devoted players here that spot it and bring it to the mods and we get it to plarium... that is how plarium has set it up, and that's how you can help cont keeping the game going

What about the players who are not registered on the forum?

I think that is a poor system.

Hi! Our Moderators are the same players as you are. In case of some massive issues they can inform us and we will take the necessary measures, but if the issue happened to one or just a few players, they are unable to help. They are very experienced in solving different issues, and trust me, if they ask you to contact Support, that's the best thing you can do to receive an urgent help from Plarium. Our Support Team will check your account, probably request some additional technical information and find a solution for your particular case.

Same for players that don't visit our Forum - we have Support Team, who solve any kinds of technical issues. So such players should contact Support right away to let them know about their issue and get help.

being a gaming involvement you would think all players of any given platform would be connected to the forum based on the game they play to keep up with news and updates, Im not saying it's the best method but it's a good one that they have set for us and seems to work 



you can put this as a suggestion in the suggestion thread for the game if you like....
