No guarantees it'd work, but I'd file a support ticket explaining the situation as thoroughly as possible and asking for the lost troops back.

I know your CM's are off today, so what is the source of this news? or are you just trying to calm players down by putting a vague statement?
If this piece of news came from plarium, how many more hours is it gonna take?
and if one server is not behaving properly than why players around the globe aren't able to access it? & not just players in a particular location?
You assume (as opposed to "know") that the CMs are off today, and you are wrong. You (should) know that we have a way to contact Plarium urgently if there is a server problem, so I summoned them when I learned about the current one.
As for why is why is only one server a problem, you're mistaking Plarium/Kabam/FB/... with "servers". The hardware is not arranged to exactly match what we see from the net. I won't go into the details, because that part would have been a guesswork on my side, and I try not to do that.

Yes i know we have a "Hot line" to contact plarium & their reply is we will look into it, thank you for reporting. unless you have called them again to check.
2nd i am not mistaking plarium/kabam & Fb with servers, those are platforms.
Live games always have multiple servers (from where the game is running, using DB & other stuff) & not only 1, load is divided geographically.
Plarium & by that i mean plarium only, they have at least 2 servers, one in Russia & other one is USA which i know for certain, possibly some other as well except these two places.
3rd my original question stays unanswered, how much more time does it gonna take?

And I said that you're wrong. Alyona came on-line, even though it's her day off, to provide what little info we have. That tenacity is one of the reasons I appreciate our CMs even though we don't always like what they say.

Given the sudden and erratic behaviour of the game, I'd suspect a hardware problem (but this is guesswork) and those, as you seem to know, take time to properly detect and fix.
It might be nice, and more respectful to the players, If someone in an official capacity posted some sort of update on the issue, in a place that every player could see.
A lot of games I have played in the past, have an area in the support section for this purpose.
“Mushroom Theory” is counterproductive, as a good business practice. As a good end user client of this game, I am starting to formulate an unfavourable opinion, of the games owners and staff.

As an act of good faith, it might be an idea If Plarium gave every active player, who has purchased rubies in the last month 25,000 rubies free, and close this thread, giving any one who replied in it and extra 50,000 rubies free.

It does seem to be OK now. I have no official confirmations that the problem was completely resolved (let's be honest, it is Sunday), so I advise caution for a while longer...
Thank you all for patience, and if you had any considerable losses due to these problems, I suggest you try to get your units back via support tickets. As always, be detailed in your claims, include screenshots of the reports, and try to explain the best you can why the losses wouldn't have happened had this problem not occurred.
