So plarium seem perfectly happy to allow mobile/app users to access the game, and PC users not to be able access the game ?

I play on Kingdom 415 and can not log in for already more then 3 hours, most of my clan can´t but some US players can.
This means that there are players who can log in and start attacking towns who are unshielded because of this connection problem.
I heard a player lost billions rss and 40 million troops, will you compensate him for that loss? He must have paid LOT´S of real money for those troops and rss.
