dont know what you have done but since last maintenance the game now keeps freezing, i have cleared cache,cleared history also done defrag on computer but no change

Plarium PC servers have crashed again - gets to 80% then freezes
And before your support tells me to clear cache, i have to do that 4/5 times a day to stop lagging/login freezesPlarium when are you going fix this problem, instead of pushing the blame onto users' browser issues - when it clearly isnt !!

i got same issues, i have gaming pc with high speed, high speed internet connection, I cleared cache, I defrag my computer, disk clean up, and still have issue . Its not player's faults, its their game and server issues and they need to admit it for Christ sake. DAMN IT!!!!!

I have the same problem, error code: login server connection lost, the game loads in up to 80% than it crashes.
I'm sure the problem is not within my laptop nor my browser, but the game.
Hope it gets fixed soon. Though, I'm relatively lucky, having a 7 day shield put on yesterday, but still.
