Es ist wirklich ein schlechter Witz. Ein Geschenk weil die Wartung angeblich "beendet" wurde.

Offensichtlich ist sich Plarium entweder noch immer nicht bewußt, dass jene Spieler welche sich mit einem Browser einloggen wollen, dies noch immer nicht tun können, oder sie ignorieren es absichtlich.

Wann gedenkt Plarium diesen Spielern wieder den Zugang zu ihren Konten zu ermöglichen?

Die mit Geld erworbenen und aktivierten Booster verwirken ungenutzt und man hat nicht einmal eine Chance sich gegen die Zerstörung seines Accounts zu wehren.

Sicher haben jetzt viele Spieler ihre Zugriffsmethode geändert oder um zu sehen was hier abgeht einen neuen Account angelegt, eben mit einer anderen Loginmethode als direkt mit einem Browser, so das es aussieht, dass Marketing sogar Erfolg hatte, diesen Bug zu ignorieren und ein vollkommen unausgetestetes Update auf den Markt zu werfen.

Diese Spiel ist wirklich von Konzept fabelhaft gelungen, eines der besten Onlinespiele die ich jemals gespielt habe, trotz mancher Fehler.

Aber was sich hier der Support und/oder Marketing erlaubt, schlägt jedem Fass den Boden aus.

Wann gibt es endlich den Fix und wann werden die Spieler benachrichtigt und wie werden sie entschädigt?

Und gebt endlich Antwort im Forum wie auf FB!

Originally, before the update I was not able to login with Edge, but with Google Chrome, now it works with Edge but not with Chrome.

It would have be fine, if Support would have give Feedback, telling the truth, that they have this login bug.

What about compensation?

Endlich kann man sich wieder auch mit einem Browser einloggen.

Ursprünglich hat es nicht mit Edge sondern nur mit Chrome funktioniert, jetzt ist es umgekehrt.

Es wäre fein gewesen, wenn jemand vom Support auch mal auf den Login Bug reagiert hätte und das sie diesen Fehler auch eingestehen.

Entschädigung?

Hauptsache man kann auch wieder so ins Spiel, schade, dass halt viele das nicht einmal in Erfahrung bringen werden, weil sie das Spiel aufgrund des Bugs verlassen haben.

Das ist  jetzt ein Witz oder?
