Hm, then I misunderstood that, as I thought it was when you got expelled. Even the statement in the update sounds like there was something different which is new now (or will be):

- The requirements for Clan admission have been changed: if you leave your Clan, you'll only be able to rejoin it after 24 hours

Surprised the hero is not subject to upgrade.

That way we will no longer be able to join another clan that has opened other special gear in their SH to create it and jump back, losing only the running global event.

It used to be a decent game. Like all the online games we, the players understand that you need to pay for some benefits, after all the company needs to make money. But it became a bad joke for your customers. You probably bet on the fact that most players invested money and they don't want to quit to not loose their 'investment' but I'm betting you will see players give up.

You want to make more money? Introduce a rule in which players with billions cannot attack someone under a certain points level, I only have 5bil points but what chance do I have with my low tier troops against someone with 100bil that now has tier 7 troops and lvl 35 town. even if do make some damage, it will take me a while to recover while the big bank accounts are up and running the same day. Help smaller players to grow and they will spend more money. Kill them while they are small and they will be gone to find other games.

You might want to keep the game and the cash flowing for years instead hoping to get rich overnight. 

I did cross my mind to quit long time ago but now I think it will be my new year's resolution and say good riddance.

Your constant upgrades will lead to the end of this game. The average person is rapidly leaving the game due to the inability to compete with the big money players. If you did the math I would suspect that the lower level players are boring the expense of this game. None of the people I started this game with are still playing. In fact I have noticed an increase in abandoned towns and people leaving when they realize that growth on a moderate budget is all but impossible.

You should divide the game into three categories: Novice...Intermediate...and Expert. This would be more competitive and people would not be as inclined to leave based on the fact that they could actually compete in their groups.

After two years I am at the point of dismissing my troops, burning my buildings, removing my credit card information and walking away from this game.

T7 knowledge is crap from the start:

Why for all in the world are there special upgrades for "T7 against T1 offense" up to T3? Are you kidding me?

That should have been "against T6" and only that. Why would you want to make the weak even weaker? Or did you just have in  mind "lets break the flesh more easily" for the big guys (ok I'm at 85b, but that is even just beyond my league).

Maybe there should really be a blocker, that a 50b town cannot hit a 1b or less.

btw, some of the big guys already invested 25.5m gold to get their palace to lvl32 

I see you can get obsidian from checkpoints in events and in bank packs.  Anyone know anything about obtaining gold nuggets?

Every update, crash crash crash.

Your developers should learn and test on beta before change game. If they are bad, change them !

I like vikings, and have actually played for several years, some updates i love others not so much. The biggest disappointment is not being able to bring in new players to the game and being able to keep them so you are not constantly fighting the same players over and over again. Hope you really pay attention to your customers and hope this helps to give you ideas on gaining new lifetime customers for the game.  

We don't need those uptades

Since 2 years we do the same things upgrade troops to be more stronger doing same traps and same os with strongers troops that's boring  we need a more stable game and new ways to have fun new ways of fighting not spending money for new troops type and
