Same here! installed new verion of MAcOS and reïnstelled Plarium play and of course cleared the history. I have multiple accounts and on my Macbook. I can't get in to Vikings with any account with Safari-browser, it stops at 18% as well. In Throne or Sparta no problem. Also installed Plarium play but same result.

Plarium support only gives standard replies and they don't fix the problem.

This is ridiculous! This is now the 2nd day I can't get the game to load past 75%. Not a new problem and as others have said, it's not the 1st time this happens during the cvc. I'm not happy and if my opponent has been able to get on, I willed be totally pissed off! I spent a lot of REAL  money and time to win the competition and I will have list everything!! If this keeps happening the fun is not worth the $$$ and effort!!  Everything works on my Phone except this faulty game. Of course it only stopped working after I  spent a bunch of $$$ in the bank!!
