When you get good offers you must decide to buy only one or more at that day. The next day the offers go to bad like you get now.

One moment they are good and now they are crap.
If they want people to continue playing they need to up the gold to 1 million +, the boosts 1 thousand + to make it worthwhile, and silver and food packages at a reasonable price. at least 1 thousand + for boost packages that includes invader boost packages and builders and knowledge.
I remember the packs you mean, but not the reason they offered them, it could've been for a special occasion.
You can be lucky if you get offered the packs that you want and are useful to you at a good price. at a good time. for you.
Of course you can always consider buying something when its there, as you might need it later.
As to buying these good deals, you might find that you cant buy two, because as soon as you do the offers disappears, however sometimes, I have seen an even better offer in its place, but that was then, this is now, it may not be current.

Its a gamble when you buy or do not buy , because you have no idea what might be coming, or what you have missed or will miss if you do.
I have just got back in the game and personally, I do not have this kind of offer.
I am guessing that this offer is somehow connected to the update, as other players, that dont normally see this kind of deal in the specials have seen similar offers to the one you have shown.

I just did a calculation of the deal I have got.
I suppose anyone who takes the game seriously, and is planning on continuing and doing the expensive updates then its a no brainer, the gold and the task freshers are significant too.
If CIM has bought it , it must be a good deal.
However, we don't know what her offer is, mine is no were near as good as yours for the same money.

You are lucky that you get special day offers at all.
It would appear that low level accounts no longer have these offers for reasons that can only be speculated on.
As for your dilemma, you need to consider your need now, against need in the future, and the possible date of the next offer perhaps?I'm a level 35 palace, and have been for a while. I have a lot of needs, as I'm low on RSS and have a lot to do. But I've also never been at this stage when it comes to packs and don't want to miss out on something that might be better if I wait. Are the hyper packs that much better? Do they offer the same things but at $9.99 instead of $19.99. Or do they stay at $19.99 and offer twice as much as the megas? When all of you talk about packs you always must say:
1. What is your town level
2. How much time left since you buy last time and what was your town level then
Why point 1 is important? It is, because After 31lv mega packs become 20% better on each next level. That means, best way to spent your money for pack is to get 35 lv as much fast as youcan. Then and only then you will get best possible value to your money. And always, Mega packs are discounted from 199.99$ to 19.99$. It was before when was mandatory to wait one moth for super and 2 months for mega packs. As far as I seen, since last updates, mega packs now come after 1 months of not purchsing, not 2.
I am going to reach 35 lv of my town end of this month, then will tell you what I will get as pcks, after 1 month of not buying (last purchase was on 30 Feb 2020). Then I am gonna wait 2 months, on the same 35 lv, because this is the max possible level of the town development, and will tell you if I was offered much better packs compared to just 1 month of not purchasing.
Why point 2 is also important, because you cannot compare packs which you got, between different purchases of the same price, if you changed dramaticaly your town level. You can make your comparison only for equal time and equal town levels.
P.S. There was a big game update on 26.12.2020. The Plarium offers those great packs, not discounted, but nortmally pffered for 19.99 which did not pop up in my main account and I was not able to buy them. Probably the reason for that is that I was buying mega packs the same day, before the update to be placed. However, they were the best offeres I have ever seen for 3 years. Eevrybody who bough them made great decision.
