I never received my festive gift. Sad. Depressing. It makes me regret spending the money I have spent in this game. All the money WE give Plarium and we still have dumb gold tiles that are pretty much useless.

If you didn't receive the gift, the situation can mean the following:
1. The provided ID is invalid.
2. Plarium ID was provided instead of the game ID (game ID can be found in Menu > About the game).
3. ID was provided on the wall instead of the Google-form.
Please follow the requirements described in the contest posts in order to avoid such situations in the future🙏
