Save yourselves a lot of time and frustration and just buy that sword  from the Runic store.  You'll be glad you did.

My information on this post is excellent. You see, I was upgrading another one of my alternate towns Helheim buildings and I could not advance beyond Floor 10 and node 6. I retreived my values from this post and I finished Floor 10 and node 6.

Uh player. Rbod I either have enough Runic coins or cash to buy Runic coins and just use them to buy the Soulbane right-handed weapon. That is not the point I am making on this post. I am posting my results in the Helheim catacombs to help novice players.
