The effing lot, did it make any difference ?

Three hours of downtime now (and yes, I did reload with Ctrl+F5 to clear the cache). 

It is even more frustrating when that bug affects only those who use a PC, while smartphone and tablet users can keep on playing.

Why did I buy a pack if I cannot benefit from it and if someone else can attack my troops when I cannot log in? This is really unfair.

Yup - I still have the same problem.

Trying to log on on PC, get to some percentage, but then crash. No luck when clearing cache or any other methods I have tried either.

With all the reports I still don't see an acknowledgement anywhere from Plarium of the problem. I dont see a reply to the threads or a thread from them that they are even aware of the problem. This is crazy. I have read through all their posts and with this going on for several hours now the least they could do is to start a thread to let us know that they know about the problem and are working on it.
