Looks like you also need to work on your QA processes since your fixes are just breaking more things and the "rewards" are not equal to what we are loosing every time you take down the servers especially given the KVK's and other challenges going on.

Could you please have scheduled Maintenance during the Down times between CvC and KvK. This is not fair to us players if you perform maintenance during these events. Some / most players have set their shields to a specific times when they will be able to play, but, if your performing maintenance during that time... once the game comes back up... the player might be at work, school, etc... and they will lose everything... that is not fair.
I hope you will consider this as a reasonable request.

I enjoy reading all the negative comments. If most people realized what is involved QAing an update or new feature they wouldnt be saying some of these things.
It is almost impossible to think of and test every single scenario that might arise from an update, any and every software company relies on users to report bugs/problems.

I'm sure by now you guys have received millions of info sent to you from players about this and should have a general idea of what is causing it, it started happening after one of the updates so it's pretty clear that something in what you introduced or changed is causing the problem. Many people are getting really frustrated by this and getting sick of hearing the same thing said to them. How's about stopping any further additions to the game for the time being and make the next update a correction to fix this problem. I promise you that will make many more people happy than any new feature you introduce

sure, you are right... it is called beta testing when a lot of people test software/update... beta testing exist so that most of the bug are removed when released for the paying customer...
I have issue with purchases and plarium taking items from my account which i never received !
Not only did (glitch) take my money but Plarium in their wisdom decided because i cancelled payment would take items from my account which i never recieved fn nice!!
