have not been able to get on pc since last update stops at 18%

I`m angry- i do not come in and play- 

6/10 update stops loading at 18% on my chrome notebook  

unable ti update game in Plarium player, still UPDATING is displayed and no progress over one hour.

Player uninstalled and installed again, computewr restarted no change still unable to play.

PC only loading to 18%... WTF? That is with the new version app and update.

I also have not been able to log on for 2 days. I hope my shield is still up or I will lose all my resources.

I can't log on either.

unable to load game, it downloads to 18 per cent then stops

mine finally loaded but the bottom part won't show so I can't communicate with my clanmates or navigate

just stops after 18%, you know it costing me the daily bonus

I can't get passed 18% loading the game. I'm sure by now my cities are in ruins and my resources are gone. And the CVC is close at hand. Thanks Plarium.

'clear cache & update' .... standard fob off answer to yet another cock-up caused  by an "upgrade" It is insulting you assume we don't know the basics of puter maintainence.

I am the same as Robert, game fully loaded but can't access the bottom portion.
