Hi. My husband and I along with several members of my clan have these same issues ever since the helheim update. It starts loading the game from 20% which takes forever. It used to load that slow for the first time you load the game, then when you sign in it would start loading at 45% which then would take maybe about 15 seconds to load. Now it starts loading from the 20% mark, as if it's the first time loading ther game every time we sign in, which takes any where from 3 to 5 minutes. We have cleared the cache, cookies, browsing history etc. My husband has tried signing in using the college's computers and has the same problem there as well. We all use pc and are using google chrome.
I have the same problem, it get's to 45%, then takes several minutes or longer to load to 100%, then take's several minutes to start after that, I also am having trouble when trying to enter Helheim, it say"s the hero is still exploring and wants to know if I want to complete the eploration, I click yes, and it acts as though it's going to go into the node and never open's the node up and freezes up, at which point, I have to refresh the game, because it won't do anything.
