I had problem with my phone going to 75% and stopping. What I find out is I needed to install a VPN on to my phone to connect to Plarium. I have Android S10 Phone and installed vpn software called "SuperVPN". Once I did this I was able to connect using my phone carrier. Just wanted to share to see if this helps anyone else.

For the last 4 hour no way to log into the game.
Why is there nobody to attend to this?
I was in briefly , managed to get the daily bank reward, and the 30,day reward, tried to open quests, and nothing happened, then it crashed again.
Back to 80% loading after clearing cache yet again.

Same problem here, shield drops in 3 hours I think, if I lose it all it will do me a favour and can quit the game for good

Ok, small update here:
The game finally works now again, i got a response form support that they fixed the problem as it seems, however, i still lost all the 44m troops i had / ~800m influence aswell as all the ressources/boosts that came with training those...
Just wrote the support if there is any way of getting a compensation for this as it really is not my fault for the game not letting me login onto my account there for several hours...
