Haha nice.  Yes that definitely is the fastest way to get xp, although echelon still helps because it increases your troops strength so you get more kills on infests each time (assuming you do 1 payout per day, which is the most reliable way). 

To farm xp on level 100s you want an army with a resource value of at least 150 mil (you'll end up going to like 200-250mil eventually, probably).  Just make sure your resources are maxed out when you go for payouts so you don't get paid in res.  And if you do end up with most of your troops loaded and can't kill off the next infest, don't freak out just start building more troops, when this happens your credit production is usually way up so you can build them pretty quickly especially if you're also raiding for resources.

I'm pretty sure infests take 20% more units to finish than they do when its not global 

but they still take the same amount of res for a payout I think

I haven't noticed any difference in infest strength during global missions, but I do mostly just pay attention to the bank value anyways. 

But anyways, we haven't had a screenshot here in a while, guess I might as well post one.  This poor guy tried to play depo tag with me.
