I think once they expand the options on how to get these chips will make sustaining troops a lot easier, but my question is, now what is the max level on the buildings? lvl 21, or can it go higher? a lvl 21 vault makes 6000 creds per hour -- so if you have 6 vaults at 6000 per hour that is 36k per hour without bonuses. if lvl 22 was another 2000 each then the max goes up to 48k p/h. how far are you willing to let us go?

P.S. i get that the chips needed will grow exponentially each lvl but if a coiner goes to lvl 25 vaults its a little  excessive

CK Minnemaine, if you click on the building in question, you can see the current level you're at and the max level... it'll be like "Current Level:  20/25" or something along those lines.  The max level varies depending on the current max level and the respective function of that building, but most are around Lvl 24 or 25 as the max.

It doesn't actually hurt non-spending players nearly as much as you'd think.  Most of the upgrades just plain aren't worth it.  For example, on the high level u/t mine upgrades it takes 4+ years just to break even compared with if you'd spent the crystals simply buying resource packs (The break even time is 187 days for level 21, and 500 days for level 22.)  So in the next year and a half, not upgrading past level 21 is actually going to benefit you, not hurt you.  And the hospital one only helps if you leave offense out to get killed like a noob, since the upgrades only increase the amount of offense units that can be healed for free, not defense units.  The only upgrade that I'd say is really worth doing is the vaults, to increase the number of troops you can support.  To take a vault to level 25 costs 22800 crystals (if you buy 10k at a time using the most efficient package), and the maximum base credit output per vault is 10,000.  So it's certainly possible to do all the useful upgrades just by saving up crystals from quest rewards, but you won't be getting it done overnight that way. 

I'm talking to plarium about making some adjustments to the prices and/or adding the items to tournaments, so things may change at some point. 

For you, nothing hurt any1.

Let me list some of your last adds, that benefit ONLY coiners. And make a lot of ppl leave.

1. Cred consumption packs.

2. Strategic untits  CC reduction.

3. Offense and defense bonus.

4. Base shield.

5. Now - building ups for money.

6. Almost forgot - tons of alts. Mostly coiners bases.

Is that enough for u?

I really start to wonder, when u abandon all that resources and make all for money.

BTW - when some1 leave game, it is VERY RARE to come back.

New levels will give some extra benefits for those who reaches them. That's why it's so hard to obtain new Items and level-up your Buildings.

It is possible that our developers will give you more chances to receive Upgrade Chips in the future. But at the moment you can buy them for Crystals which can be earned for many activities in the game. You just need to play and have fun. 

The new levels are designed to be a challenge for all Commanders. So it will take some time to upgrade all buildings, and you will have a lot of opportunities to earn free Crystals. So you just will enjoy the game and receive some extra bonuses.

Wow this is a very nice update. Finally, after more then 2 years having all these buildings maxed out. I can do a little updating again.

I start and make a update plan. What will i need for it, what can i update. Let's have a close look....

Oh now i see i need chips for it. What kind of chips? Potato chips, salted, paprika. Let's look oh it say's you have to go to the black market for it. Normally i go to the super market for chips, but here it is the black market. And it's there only.  Yes people now on Sale EXCLUSIVLY in the black market: building Chips! (commercial break ;-) )

So if you are not spending money in the game....

Don't make a upgrade plan. Stop reading! You are a poor player, you don't deserve the right to grown further in the game. You are a parasite, you play this game without spending and let other people do. I think that you also complain about that ...... (forbidden word) ..... credit card players. But in fact you better leave the game and stop.

So continue the update-plan.

Those updates, when i look at them cost a lot of time..., resources... and chips.

So i want to reduce the time. I can go update the Senate for that purpose. But it cost also resources, and that i need also fast, so i upgrade my mines.. Oh with al those extra resources i get from that, i need to update my warehouses and banks. That is also possible!

Thinking.... Oh i need to protect those extra resources.. Hurry up, update the bunker... and in case some robber wants to steel it from me, also i better update the hospital for my losses when protecting my resources with units on my sector.

Yesssss!!! In my imagination i am already doing 150K raids  Oh no there is a big spoiler now By updating to max amount of caravans you can transport 100K... BUT >>> the game limits like 50K give to someone else will not be changed! All those gamelimits keep the same! You can not send 100K to someone else, it's stil 50K , so you also can not do a 150K raid, it stays at 100K. Due to the gamelimits.

But proud player as i am, i want everything maxed out on my sector... So i start calculating what does 1 round of updating cost me. And how much can i upgrade after level 20?

I did not save that  much chrystals. I need to BUY them for $$ or €€

Oh they have a nice offer.. you can buy 55.000 Crystals for € 243,50

That will give me 1 update round, and i keep some also. For next round. WOW what a change i have to grow my sector a bit finally after 2 years non-updating

The game has a new goal again for me !

Oh but then, after that first update round.... what will happen?..... Yes, the amount of resources needed will grow, so also the amount of chips you have to buy!!

Let's assume, some building can go only 2 levels up, some 4 levels and some 5 levels. Every level cost more, but also some buildings will go of the list. So for the easy  i just count 5x € 243,50 = € 1217,50  !!!

So dearly beloved loyal players.. Stratcom has decide that you can expand your sector with this marvelous update! But to keep loyal, we want you to make a small donation.

So i wish to thank Plarium for making this new update. I can finally do some upgrading again. I was thinking of quitting the game cause there was nothing for me to update But you made it possible... After years of waiting, finally i can update some buildings.........  ( oh no, i can't ;-( i forgot 1 thing.... My wife has the checkbook.... But it was a nice dream you gave me)

p.s. also thanx for adding 2 brand new community  employees so we can make better communications with you. Now hope that everybody buys chips. Then those 2 new employees can be payed by your company (or better, by your players)

Greedy is not a bad word.

**** 50.000 crystals for level 21 update... that amount is way higher compare to what a free player gets in 2 years of playing. So if we use the "same" amount of chips for the rest of the upgrades we are talking about of 2 years for each of the 4 next updates... that means 8 years to be fully upgraded... and that's only counting the same amount of chips per upgrade... and in the meantime you will get pounded in the *** by wallet warriors... ffs.

We are forgetting one thing: this game is meant to make money... otherwise it wouldn't exist... money makes the game that makes money that makes game(s)

I'm a non $pending player (at least until today) - and I'm sorry but I'm not troubled with this "improvements".

Face it: it's like in real life... If you have money (like Cristiano Ronaldo - LOL) you have a Lamborghini Aventador... If not, you have a Toyota Yaris (for example) - so what? It's a car... 

You will say it's an unfair disadvantage in the in-game play...  ok, but I wouldn't do a drag against an Aventador in real life so... it's ok for me

Yes there u can spend a TONS of money, BUT this will not gave u a HUGE combat advantage.

Another game - World of Thanks - same deal. U can buy a tank, u can buy special ammo, BUT - if u do not know how to play u die easy.

When we say a ppl leave, that is not just no-spending ppl. Yes, game cost money, but when u become greedy  - games dies.

Trowing tons of money for unstable, browser game........ sorry, no deal. At my point soon there will be just small amount of coiners.

BUT they will quit too, since there is no fun to play again each other. Coiners avoid playing aganst coiners.

And sorry again - if game become wallet against wallet - what a game is this?

look at league of legends, people spend but loads there but anything you buy doesn't affect the game play, people buy champions they want to play there and then and different skins for them but all the champions are still available to players with each week being a different set to use for the free to play

Man o man. So making all the buildings will cost around hmmm I guess 10-15.000$. Hilarious, And the `we are looking into ways to add chips for free` ... heard that one before with construction packs lol. Guess what never was added for free? oh right those ...

So that line is basically their new politician (oops sorry I meant "community manager") telling us: that we are out of luck and all this is only for for people like House of Pain who will throw another 15K at this game to make everything lvl 25 lol. (Sorry HoP you know it is true, you spend a ridiculous amount here and several others too and since you keep doing that they keep milking you while the rest of players get shafted and there's a term for it, it's called whaling, a well known gamesales strategy done by games that always shut down short term). 

So 2016 has started with the next capital blunder by Plarium. Going to be another 99% money updates year again it seems lol.

Well if they at least remove the ridiculous 3% "tax" on infests I suppose I will be content enough. I'll just ignore the rest as usual, which truthfully keeps getting harder with all these "fantastic"*coughoverpricedcough* packs they keep shoving into my face as soon as I log on lol.
