Over here the same problem. First only on Chrome, but now also on IE, firefox, Imac and Ipads. Internet is ok, so its weird....


EDIT: Ipad started on 3G .... and also the same error.... Error code: connection lost.


EDIT 2: normal internet connection is still down, 4G works at this moment.

Same for me. Chrome, firefox, IE all give me a "connection lost" error at the 77% mark.

got the same issue 77% then connection lost, on app and browsers. no matter what does not want to connect, get ready to finally log in and have all your stuff taken if your shield wears off from no fault of your own

im hawing the same problem on all browsers...load to 77% and it shuts down...cant belive it :(

I have the same problem.  I emailed support twice yesterday, and they responded that the problem was fixed.  The game worked for about 12 hours, then the bug manifested again. 


Here's what's interesting.  I am able to login to the game using an alternate character, but my main character is unable to login using either the Plarium Play app or the web page.  So I am wondering if there is a problem connected to my character?


Please fix the login problem.

ever since the appearance of the Cardinals, the game has stopped working properly. haven't had 1 day since they appeared where I can just simply log in. usually takes hours of trying. giving up on all Plarium games !

So we have no update on why it will only load to 77% ?

I can log into one account on the pc, but the other goes to 77% and "connection lost."  I can log out and back into the first account and connect just fine.  On my iPad, I load to 90% and connection lost, though I can log into Vikings on my iPad just fine.  The above directions are for a pc/web browser.  what about mobile devices?

4 accounts and cant log on with any, shields will be down on all. not worth playing the game if they dont get it sorted

Dominion gave a whole new meaning to game not working. One of my town's burned because of game kicking me out and couldn't relog and couldn't buy packs. I am beyond stressed Dominion was ruined.

When I try loading into the game it pops up with an error message as followed: "Failed to unpack resources. Restart the game and try again." I am worried that if I uninstall the game and reinstall it I won't be able to get my things back nor get back into S611 someone help!

I have the same problem, my game quit, and it connected me with an old game, lost bunch of money, troops and resources, and they blamed it on my computer. always the negate their fault, lm going to report them to the BBB and comsumers agencies.  everytime something goes wrong they blame it on you.

Seems the common answer is to uninstall and reinstall. Make sure you have enough memory / space on your device.

Your game situation is associated with your account, not your device. So as long as you can bring up the game, and log in to your account, you will be good to go.
