Yeah, I’ve noticed that too. The flashing icons can be confusing, especially when nothing’s upgrading or training. Sometimes they show up because of hidden tasks like research boosts, uncollected rewards, or time-limited events linked to those buildings. It could also be a minor visual glitch that doesn’t clear until you restart the game. Hopefully, the devs tweak this soon, it’d be nice if the icons only appeared when there’s actually something to do.
