After updating to the latest version i cannot log in. keep getting an error message. tried uninstalling and now when i try reinstalling it tells me ("Installation Failed" the game already exists on my PC)

Hello,
Please try reinstalling the application by following these steps:
- open the command line with the key combination Win + R;
- enter the control panel, go to Uninstall programs and uninstall Plarium App;
- press Win + R, enter Regedit, then open the following path: HKEY_CURRENT_USER \ HKEY_CURRENT_USER \ Software \;
- delete both Plarium and PlariumPlayInstaller folders;
- in the same registry editor, press Ctrl + F (keyboard shortcut for quick search), type Plarium in the pop-up window and delete all the items associated with the name;
- after deleting all folders and files that contain Plarium, reinstall the application from the official site, or using a file from this link.

Cheers, that worked for me, I was able to install. In step 3, I think the path should be "\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software".
Anyway, nice to see someone from TS working on a Sunday, fair play.

I see i'm not alone, doesn't work for me as well. On a windows 10 PC plus already uninstalled / reinstalled with no change.
My luck plarium finally rolled up the Bond exchange and no one can access the game lol

Just uninstalled/reinstalled again ( IObit ) and the game loaded ... fingers crossed
